I received an email from gary cole supposed to be an attorney with the National affidavit department of usa. then he calls me and leaves a message talking about some lawsuit that has filed against my name. I have no idea WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT. i googled national affidavit department of usa and what do I see but, scam,fraud, and phising scam. do these people never stop. they have my name,address, phone number, social security number. Can there be nothing done about this activity. Where I'm smart enough to investigate, there are a lot of people that don't know where or how to look. This is so sad, that we as LEGAL,BORN AMERICANS HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS KIND OF ACTIVITY.

Received the same call.... He has all my information... What to do?

Got a call from this same guy myself- on BOTH of my separate cell lines.....I have no idea who he is...I HAVE taken out loans before and have several out currently, but I am NOT behind on them and owe no one any money!!!
What state do you guys live in?-I live in Texas and have filed with my attorney general and the bbb- I suggest everyone who's being targeted by this guy do the same and maybe he will be prosecuted and/or fined for this type of harassing behavior he's been producing through voice-mails, e-mails, and phone calls.
No one can call your phone and email and present themselves as a lawyer and threaten you!!!!

I have been receiving so many calls as well...n it is stress me out....i live in new jersey...what can i do

I am having the same problem but am getting calls from 3 different guys....working together I assume saying the same thing. Filed a police report and froze my credit reports....they don't give up!! they even call my work!!!

a email from John Davis saying he sits in the court and has issue a lawsuit against for some Paydays loans from a company never heard   cALL MY JOB THIS MORNING THREATENING TO HAVE ME ARRESTED IN THE NEXT HOUR,  has called my job 3 or 4 times as well my home

The phone number is from the Boston, Mass area, cannot find no business under the name : NATIONAL AFFIDAVIT DEPT. of usa.

DO NOT LIKE THE FACT ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION IS OUT THERE IN THE E-MAIL.  CAN THIS BE STOP.

I got a call from some guy saying he is an atty named John Davis and has a lawsuit with a social security number that is suppose to be mine. I told him I had already reported his name and number to the bbb and other authorities. He then told me to shut up and slammed the phone down. Call came in from 619-780-8088.

Called him and he got mad once I advised him he is a known scammer.  He advised he was going to get me fired from SSDI...... what an idiot.

I am recieving calls from John Davis about a loan that I never recieved and they have a lawsuit against me if they dont pay them $450 dollars immediately.

I've been getting the same calls. When I called them, they said they'd have me arrested too. What has anyone been able to do about the jerks? This is harassment and threatening my job employment.

I returned a call to this John Davis. When he picked up, all he said was, "Hullo?". I informed him was my fiance's lawyer and he almost immediately hung up. When I tried calling him again, twice, it went to voicemail, which was full and could not accept any more messages.

For the past 2 months I have been getting harasseing calls by this man named John Davis. This man claimed he was a lawyer and was sueing me due to a loan i didnt pay back and he was VERY rude! I never received a loan nor do I have any idea what he's talking about! Some how this man has all my personal information and i would like it to STOP! does anybody have any ideas on how to stop this harassment????

I just got a call from a John Mills at my cell phone and like i didn't answer he call me at my job number. I will call the cops and filled a report. He tells me to check my email. That he is calling from national affidavit. That i have a lawsuit. They have all my information.

I'm going thru this same crap. Good thing I was smart enough to look up info online about this because I was scared and really was about to send that a**hole my money!!!

I received an email from Gary Cole threatening to take me to court.  I played into it long enough to get more information and then someone named John Mills emailed me saying I must pay $450 in two days to someone named John Algarin in Philadelphia.  I want these people to leave me alone.

He is now John Mills and when i told him i was reporting him to the internet crimes division of the FBI, he said "Fine ill tell my legal team and they will be coming to arrest you!"

BWAHAHAHAHAH

i reciveda call from a john mills and i was sick from a stroke and could not take of this now and he asked for me to take of it but i cant threated me with court and i cant go

This is a common scam, ignore these call and do not provide him any information. And under no circumstances wire these dirtball any money!!!
