They are calling my cell phone and i have to pay just to answer it!

619-801-8114 Called my mobile number. Pre-recorded message about auto renewal. I pressed 1 and asked operator for name and company name. Brandon Jackson said he is with World Wide Warranty Renewal. I stated I wanted information on how to be placed on Do Not Call list. He said he'd take care of it for me and hung up. This is the 5th or 6th time this has "been taken care of".

Prerecording asked if I wanted Auto Warranty. I hung up.

I've been getting these calls too, what do we have in common?
I own a GM Vehicle purchased from a GM dealership, and I have StateFarm Insurance.  Anyone else?  I say we cut this off at the source.

we can sue them for un-needed services and phone harrassments and even to complain to your cell phone provider for releasing your number or next time when you sign some application make sure the company doesn't abuse your phone number.. Mr. President Bush did pass law on allowing us to sue telemarketing company.

has called over the last 5 days (even on Sat) and I have not picked up. Tried calling back to day and reached a recording that says "I'm sorry if we've reached your number in error..... if you like your number to be removed press 1". I pressed '1' and the recording started again... "I'm sorry...blah, blah, blah". It's frustrating!!!!!!

These people insist on calling me from this number and another in the 702 area code.  Caller id says Omega Group.  When I looked up Omega Group on the internet I could not find one connected to the car warranty business.  They are annoyning with these expired car warranty messages but just as often they call and leave no message.  I am an attorney in CA and will make it my mission to shut them down

This phone number calls my home phone and cell phone at least twice a day.  I am not the only one who is being harrassed by these people.  I have several friends who have also tried to be removed from their calling list and it does not work.

I keep getting these, about 4 or so now. My number is new, just 2 months old, and I started getting them within a couple of weeks. I have a pre-pay plan with T-Mobile, if that makes any difference.

I don't even own a car!

I didn't pick up, googled first, but b'friend got call from same people this morning.  He's made because he did pick up and we have pay-as-you-go, cost him a dollar for nothing.

Received two calls today from this number.
They also call from various other numbers from (714), (323) and numerous other area codes.

Called my California area code 805 business number at 6:30 p.m. and hung up on the answering machine. I am on the Do Not Call List.

This number just called my business number and left no message.

I get these calls almost daily and my car is an '87 VW bus owned outright, only insured for liability through Geico... I don't think it has anything to do with marketing through auto ownership.  They just call ANYONE not registered on the Nat'l do not call list (I started getting calls IMMEDIATELY after moving before I registered, but the never stopped AFTER I registered).  I say we harass the CRAP out of them by pressing one OVER AND OVER.  They can hang up, we call back.... [***]!!!!
