Keep getting calls from this number. I try to call it back but get a recording saying that the number is not in service. I'm sensing a scam going on.

I also got call from this # 619-900-1646  * I also got recorded message the number is not in service, it's from Buena Vista Ca.

I also got call from this # 619-900-1646  Telling me that I won a gift card.  One time fee of under two dollars to process and send out the gift cards.  When I would not give them my Credit Card info they hung up. This is a scam.  When I called the number back,  I also got recorded message the number is not in service, it's from Ca.  

Todas estas compañías fraudulentas, vayan mucho a chingar a [***] madre. No se dejen engañar, así le roban a uno su identidad.

I just received a call from this number. I didn't answer and received no voice message.

i'd missed the call

I get calls from this number asking me to sample products and in return I will be mailed a 100 $ gift card and $50 dining card. But they need me to pay $1.95 for shipping using visa master card or credit card. They also asked for personal info. I said no way and hung up. I tried calling back and there's no service on that number. The representative name was Nicole id #258 along side with sarah

I got a call, missed it while at work. No Voicemail was left, I didn't recognize the number so I searched for it. I'm glad I did, seems like it's a scam.

It is! They are trying to sell you something or worse

This number is valid - the voice response when you call is not a telco message.  It is a recording used by many popular open-source PBX systems.  

Repeated calls from this number. I do not answer and would like it to be stopped.

I keep getting calls from this number! I never answer and they keep calling! I wish they would stop !
