They are leaving messages in my phone machine.  I do not have any debt problem.  Why are these people calling me?

Call came from Nick in regards to America's Cash Express (ACE) They deal with payday loans. I had done one with them and faithfully paid on it until I had to go to the hospital for 3 months. Because I had got a flesh eating bug in my leg and it ate 40% of my right calf in less than 3 days. I had actually died twice. But anyway, I am now disabled and just started getting my life in order again. But he calls me last saturday and tells me he has a hotcheck from me and I need to make good with it before he turns it over to the authorities. I gave them a voided check and did not sign it. I called him on it and told him it was a voided check tried to explain and he yelled if I wanna play games he will play games with me ALL DAY LONG!!! He called me a loser and was yelling what a worthless human being I was and I finally ended up hanging up on him because I couldn't get a word in edgewise. Well he leaves me a voice mail today and says he wants me to call him back so we can finsih our conversation that we started. What an a*shole

Someone named Bevin called my office and was extremely rude and nasty.  She wouldn't give me much information.  And I told her that I want proof of who they are and what the debt is in writing before I will set up payment information.  She was very rude and said that I was refusing to pay!  I told her that wasn't the case... I'm perfectly fine paying a debt that I owe, however, I don't know who they are and I want to be sure that I am not giving my personal information out to some random person.

Got a call on my cell phone from this number.I didn't recognize it, so I let it go to voicemail. No one left a message

called 3 times in one hour.
I never answer and just report it to the do not call registry.
They have no Business License in my state.
just some Scam. I'll never answer.
They are even calling Austria and other countries.

Never give out any information! These collectors know if you're vulnerable, they can get what they want out of you!! Send a cease and desist order! Only deal with original creditor (OC), even you don't owe the bill or don't know why they're calling. Never admit to anything! These collectors be scammers and prey on the consumers who don't know the FDCPA or FDCRA act by FTC!

how do we report these people to sue them and get money?

I told them not to call put me on the do not call list

NCA 620-662-443 on caller ID. No message on my machine. I have NO credit problems. What's interesting is I just switched my phone number to Charter cable. Before I never got calls like this. Perhaps Charter sells numbers?

Typical junk-debt buyer. Defaulted payday loans go to the junk-debt pile much quicker than traditional debt.

P.S. Don't let these [***] or any other "collection agency" tell you that a defaulted payday loan is a "hot check". It's not.

Well that's what they be saying when they keep calling and calling and bugging me for what I don't know.

I received a call at work from NCA.  The gentleman left his name as Craig Johnson.  I can not receive calls at work

Ghost Debt that they bought for pennies on the dollar................no one owes them a thing. Just ignore them

They are searching for the person that had your number...and they wont believe you that you're not that person..its harrassing as hell!! Just have your number changed
