I rcvd a call at my work from 620.665.8721 and they did not lve a message or anything. But I called the number back and got a website www.ncaks.com but it does not say who they collect for or anything. Then when you call the number back the voicemail says, 'if you have recently been documents for a court appearance' what the hell do they collect, I do not owe anything that would require a court appearance. And the website is very vague and does not give anything.

received a call on my cell asking for me? since i did not know who it was i didn't identify myself and said i wasn't in.  asked if i could take a message and was told very rudely that she needed to talk with R.  
If this is suppose to be a professional establishment, maybe they should invest money in proper phone Etiquette.

We've been getting calls from this number. No message, just an autocall for V.  There is no V at this number. I called back and nothing. Obviously a scam of some sort.

this phone number is for National Credit Adjusters.  they usually work for loan companies and check companies.  such as astro lending.

I have been getting calls from this number on my mobile and they keep saying its for an impt matter but won't give me any details and I love it when they say well you may end up getting court papers.. Listen to stupid Immigrant Alien, if you get a summons - you are NOT CALLED to be notified of it. So why don't you go back to school and get yourself an education because your wasting your time calling me,making threats when you have nothing on me.

Listen all, these places give all collection agencies very bad reputations. A collection agency is supposed to help council its customers to get themselves into a better living arrangement even if it means not getting payments for a few months. Since I changed our company to this philosophy we collect three times the money we did before and have a lot of happy customers that were in a lot of trouble financially. If these places do this and do not give you the mini miranda it is almost always a 500 dollar fine on the first offense in any state you live in. The second will run into thousands. Even if they give it but not so you can understand just simply say I did not understand you and they must repeat it again. This is almost enough to make them hang up in the first place. If they give the mini miranda and do not give it in the exact phrase word for word it is an automatic 500 dollar fine. the mini miranda should read exactly as follows "This is an attempt to collect a debt, any information obtained will be used for that purpose!" any other word added in that phrase like the world "ONLY" on the end which many collectors do to make the statement not sound so threatning is again an automatic 500 dollar fine. I would simply start recording your phone calls which most people can purchase for five bucks a month from your phone company and if not they are cheap to hook up to your phone at most electronic stores. Anyway, I hope some of you nail this company, I hate when they do businesses like this. I give seminars all over the country helping students get themselves out of financial crisis from student loans once they graduate and assist students on how to prevent the same while they are still a freshman on up. I hope some of you take this place and any other like them to the cleaners. Another very bad one is ACS, inc in South Dakota. This place used to be a great agency but now management has changed to ownership from a bank and it went to hell. Good luck all. If I can help more let me know.

I just changed my number no one should have it. I dont have anything in collections currently so I dont know why they would call my number. I just changed it about 4 days ago.

I received a call at home from (620) 665-8721. I didn't answer but got a voicemail that was about 2 seconds long with just people talking in the background. I looked up this page and visited the website: www.ncaks.com. From that website, I called their customer service phone number back at  (888) 768-0674, gave them my phone number. They said they were looking for some female, who I didn't know. I told them they had the wrong number and I've had this number for over 3 years. They said sorry for the inconvenience. They were relatively polite to me.

I recieved a call from 620-665-8721 they left an message stating I needed to contact phil call got an message of if you recieved an call from this number someone will contact you. What? Didn't state what company or nothing.

Lady called but did not state why? who or where she was calling. Did not offer a name or call back number. I usually respond if I am able to catch calls. It was strange.

I received a message from this agency tonight and wondered who they were, im glad im not the only one~Im also happy that I read your response-ACS is who Im dealing with regarding my student loans, in fact I called them today to let them know my start date for school.  What should I know about them? My loan is supposed to be in foreberance, and I feel like I always have to remind them of that!  I have been trying to work with these companies, who are constanly changing,  and asked every one of them to let me prove my income, bills, etc..they refuse-One company would not let me pay $100, yet would take my income tax check which, at best, was $200. Figure that one out! On behalf of all of us who legitamately struggle, and are not trying to get out of paying, God bless you!  And its nice to find someone who successfully gets the job done, as opposed to these companies that refuse to work with you and threaten-they get absolutely nowhere!! please tell me what I should be cautious of with ACS..Thank you~

Im so sick of getting calls from these people....

I got a call frm this # (620) 665-8721 and don't know why they are looking for me.

Got a call from this number TWICE already this morning and its only 1130!  The first call was silent, they said nothing and then the line went dead. I dialed *69 and their number came up.  I got another call from this number an hour later and the woman said that she was looking for my husband (she gave his full name - mispronounced - but she had his correct name).  She stated that she needed address for his current where abouts (I stated he was not here) because she needed to serve him with court documents.  I explained to her that he is a driver and his where abouts change from moment to moment, she stated that if she was not able to hear back from him in 24 hours that he would be arrested.  She NEVER once said she was calling to collect a debt, NEVER ONCE stated what documents she was wanting to serve him with either.  She advised me to have my husband call a toll free number and reference a COURT DOCKET NUMBER! My husband has PERFECT credit and has nothing against him. I got off the phone with her shaken and I called my husband, my husband said he would call the local court house and said, later, that they show nothing attached to his name.  My girlfriend did this search online and she found this site, she has urged me to share my situation.  ODD and frightening!

A collection agency may be understandable, however, poor communication skills and poor customer service only makes people upset. Once you lose communication than you lose money because people avoid your phone calls and avoid paying you back.
