Caller hides true name.  Hung up on answering machine's Do Not Call outgoing message.

I have recieved numerous harrassing calls from this and ext 4002 and 4006.  What I have found:  Caller ID on one shows EAGLE AMERICAN, but there is no such business in Phx.  Numerous searches via reverse lookups show that this is a land line provided by Verizon and one site gave me the lat/long of the physical location of the phone which pinpoints the backyard of a home at 4225 N. 4th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85013 (33.4979N, 112.081W).  One call that I took from them a woman named SERENA claimed that the name of the business was EAGLE SYSTEMS and that they were doing free carpet cleaning to advertise the Century Cleaning System.  There is a manufacturer that sells a Century 400 rug cleaner but I contacted them and they only sell through showrooms.  Cannot find anything pertaining to Eagle American, Eagle Systems or Century Cleaning System on searches.

I have received a call from them about every day but I don't answer it.  Today I did answer and the lady said I was entered in a drawing ( by who I would like to know ?) when I said I wasn't interested she replied STUPID!!  Some class they have working for them.  She does need to get a 2nd job because she's not good at this one.

Got a call from 623-240-4008 with caller ID "Eagle American."  A woman asked for me by name.  I said, "Speaking.  Who's calling please?" and she hung up.  Very creepy. Who want's to verify my name and number?  Has anyone set the police on these folks?

Got one today - again.
I call the number to try to get on the do not call list......just rings.
Sounds like you did a lot of research - I'll dig into this also.  They called way too early on a Saturday morning!

Can't stop them from calling - can't reach them to tell them to stop.

i've been getting calls from 623-420-4036...same thing though...but cant find any info on them...nothing at the BBB either...as for the home on 4th ave, that would be in the 602 area code...i'm trying to figure out how to report them.

I received a call stating that the call was an error and then it hung up.

Called telling me I won something on a drawing. Told him I wasn't interested and said I was on the DNC List. Just ignored me and kept talking. Then asked when I would like to have my free carpet cleaning. Once again stated I was on the DNC List and he just ignored me.

I just finally hung up.

My mother received the same call.  They said she was in a drawing to win $1000 worth of carpet cleaning service - said the name of the company was Eagle Services.  She agreed to be entered into the drawing and was given a verification code.  Someone called back a week later and asked for her code and amazingly hers was the winner!  So she gave them her address so they could come and start her free service today between 5:00 and 6:00.  When she told me about this I freaked!  I told her do not let anyone in the house.  Someone did call around 4:45 to confirm the appointment and my dad told them not to come and hung up the phone.  As of 5:30, no one has come.  I'm not sure what they're up to, but it all makes me nervous.

Same as above except I allowed them to set up an appointment, they knew my address. We'll see who shows.

Received a phone call from Eagle American (623-240-4010) and an electronic voice apologized and said the number was called in error...  I called back and all I got was a double click every few seconds...  I currently have my house on the market, wondering if any of you have your house up for sale as well?  I have heard of people calling to see if anyone resides in the house and if not then the house is broken into and anything of value, copper, etc is taken...   Either way I would be very careful with this Name and SIMILAR PHONE NUMBERS...

What ever happened when they came to your home?

This unwanted caller does not answer when I pick up the receiver.
I do not want unsolicited calls from anyone I do not know.

Eagle Systems, or Eagle American, is a telemarketing company for selling you a Kirby vacuum for the price of $2,200!!! This is a big scam only to get into your home and demonstrate the vacuum. When I fell for this, the demo kid during his demonstration knocked over a $500 lamp and broke it. It was one of a matching set of lamps. I provided all the proof of purchase info and color pictures of the damage as requested by "Maria". Today I called to ask how my claim was being handled and some angry and very rude man, name not given, told me I was going to receive nothing for the damage because he found a "similar" lamp. When I said it had to match my unbroken lamp, he then told me the above - I was not going to receive anything and then hung up. I am filing a lawsuit against Eagle and will name Maria in the lawsuit. I am also contacting Kirby Vacuum company and will name them in the lawsuit as well.
DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS. THEY ARE A VERY UNETHICAL COMPANY.

623 240 4001,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 & 9. Eagle American,  harrassment, fraud, carpet cleaning, sweepstakes, hang ups, etc.

I've seen those numbers before (240-400#)

they also use 623.869-6975, 623.869-6983, woman going by Marnie, Eagle Amer Systems, "free cleaning" bs.

623-869-6975 shows as 172 W. Mohawk Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85027, "Hazine" is the last name

I received the free cleaning call been trying to get back to them for over a week now and cannot reach anyone.  they are supposed to be here today at 11:30  thinking about calling police.  hmmmm  now i know why I couldn't reach anyone.  as bad as the internet may be....its good for this kind of thing.  thanks to everyone who blogged on here.  I now know not to let anyone in the home.

Rcvd call from Eagle American (or is it Eagle Systems) I believe it is the same company. Thks to Cox that places the caller phone number on the TV screen - their ph # is 623-240-4039. She stated that they clean carpeting for free.  After I hung up I was annoyed with myself for making an appt with them since I gave them my address.  I called this number today and was able to reach them to cancel appt.  I gave good reason but did not tell them the real reason that I think they are a "fraud" and are only trying to get business.to sell carpet cleaners. You can call Cox and they will advise you how you can find previous callers to your house that particular day and how to find it on your TV screen...  They will walk you thru it.
