Called and wont identify themselves.

Phone rings twice and doesn't give me a chance to pick it up.  Never leaves a message.  Has happened 3 or 4 times.

Gentleman asked for me by name, told me he was calling from "Vehicle Processing Center" (?) and asked about our vehicle.  My name is not on the vehicle, it is under my husband's name, so I have no idea how he got MY name. He knew the make and model of our vehicle and asked me about mileage. I asked him where he got my info and he said, "I don't know, it's just what we have in the system".  He explained that this was for warranty information. We don't HAVE a warranty. I said, "I don't know where you got your information, but you don't have the correct information. We don't even have a warranty. I am not comfortable giving you ANY information and will not do so, I'm sorry". He hung up on me.  He spoke poor English and was very hard to understand.  I called the number back and got a message saying they were closed, to call back during regular business hours, but my call was during those business hours. Can't imagine where he got his information or how he knew the make and model of our vehicle or my name. I'm a bit concerned. Hope others don't fall for this scam, whatever it is.

They have been calling everyday. I won't answer it. I tried calling them after blocking my number and they say their office is closed. Too fishy.

I have received one call a day from this number for the past three days. It is usually a person with a very heavy Indian accent calling from "The Vehicle Processing Center".
