they provide dental care to school kids.  checked with our district and they are legitimate.

This is Reachout Healthcare America.  They provide a dental program at schools.  They just called to set up my child's next appointment.

I don't give my number out.  Whoever is calling should definitely stop now.
This IS a complaint

This call comes from a school outreach program for Dental for your children. If they're calling you, you either A) have a child in school, or B) have the old number of a child in school. There's no scam, solicitation or collections here.

Unwanted call, do not recognize number and they have called many times.  It is invasion of my time and phone number.

School Dental Program

I do have kids in school and although it is a good program to promote dental health in schoolkids, it is NOT a good idea to be calling me at 8am on a Saturday.

I wouldn't trust them they call my cell  we are in are 60s no young kids in school does'nt sound right

they should leave a message on voicemail instead of calling back 3 times in a row.

They may be a legitimate dental program, but they continue to call even after you tell them not to.  Apparently the person who had my phone # before me had a kid in the program and now I am unable to convice these people that I am not the girl's father.  I guess I am going to get harassed by these people until the kid's bill gets paid.

This number keeps calling me at all hours of the day, 7 days a week!!! They never leave a message... I didn't give this place my phone number or permission to call me. It is quite annoying, especially when my child already has a dentist and see's him regularly. Errghhhh!

I only know that this is a "legit" program because I got a flier from my son's school last week about the program.  However, as a former public education employee who is well acquainted with educational law, I want to know how they got my phone number.  Under FERPA, it is illegal to give out a student's directory information without the parent's approval.  I did not give my approval for our phone number to be given out to anybody.  My son is disabled, so he is on the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS), which is part of AHCCCS.  If they got the information from AHCCCS, it's one thing.  (Although I still find that sketchy.)  If they got it from TUSD or the Arizona Department of Education, they are dancing around federal law and need to knock it off.

Some person calls and then coughs and clears throat but doesn't say anything.  I think its some scam ripoff

No, they want to reduce my healthcare coverage cost. Nothing to do with dental appointments or old numbers being used from somebody who had a kid in the program. We had our number for 20years. They call at least three times a day. Varying numbers. Definitely a scam
