    I got another call again from Cox Communications. This makes at least 5. All of which I have called and requested that they remove my number from their list. I AM NOT A COX CUSOTMER. They have me associated with the previous owner of this number. You should be required to compensate me for my time at this point, as it appears as if every time I call to remove my nyumber from your list, your process is ineffective and my time is again wasted.

    Cox Communications 623 594 1035 called me several time to say that I am a important customer to them and I shall call back at that day. When I called back, only machines answer my call. It happened again and again.

    Got a call from Cox Communications from 623-594-1035, they left a message indicating an "urgent notice regarding my account."  I called returned the call and after 5 mins the rep could not tell me what the purpose of the "urgent notice" was.  Just goes to show you that you really can't trust a cable company by the name of [***]...

    I never answer calls from numbers or unknowns.  I got a call  from this number - they left a nessage similar to Chen's on 01/21/11. I did not call them back

    If you suspect something's wrong, you should never call the number left on your voice mail.    Rather, call Cox's main number directly and ask them about your bill.    If there is a problem, they would be able to tell you.    Never give out personal information over the phone, Cox should already have that info.    I would just ignore the calls if you can.

    This happens to me every month too....I'm actually on hold right now waiting for Brianna to ask someone upstream what the hell this is about.  Very annoying.

    Solved:  My cell number was in the COX system belonging to somebody else and it had nothing to do w/ my current COX account.  Coincidence.

    Got a call from 623-594-1035 telling me I had an urgent message from Cox regarding my bill. Only one problem. This number is not on my Cox bill and my Cox bill had been paid electronically two days earlier.
    If Cox doesn't have this number in my records, why would they be calling me about an "urgent" matter?

    Voice telling me there is something new that has been added to my bill from Cox, but this number is not through Cox. I've checked my Cox billing, which is electronic and not for this number and each time the transaction has occured that day, but nothing is different. I don't think Cox has this number in their files.
