I think this number is Right Source Pharmacy (Humana). Customer Service. They didn't leave a message so I'm not sure. My Rx plan is with them.

This is another phone number used by Commonweath Financial Systems, a collection agency. This collection agency adds and changes phone numbers on a regular basis in order to harass consumers.

(1) Notify them in writing to not contact you again.

(2) They will likely ignore you and will continue to contact you.

(3) File a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau:

I've been receiving these calls for months now. They call at least 2 or 3 times a day. They never leave a message and the caller I.D. says, "Unknown Name." I have no debts that I have reneged on, and faithfully pay my credit card, car payment and mortgage each month. I do not have medical expenses, and haven't been in a hospital since the early 80s, which was covered by my Blue Cross/Blue Shield Insurance policy through the company I worked for.

I rejoined Do Not Call Registry again recently, and will report this phone number to them when the required 3 month period is over.
