I recieved a voice message from this number a man with a thick accent stating he name is roger jones and that this is the last message for either my attorney or myself to call but as I have tried several attemps to call this number back no one answers.

we got it today too! its a  scam! I called back got the same guy with the heavy accent saying his name was james smith and that we were being sued bc my husband did not pay back a loan. we've gotten no loan, when I asked him what bank it was supposedly deposited into...he got mad yelled something about facing charges and hung up on me!

Since I took out a loan online, I have been getting these calls several times a day, I'm not prejudice, but,  they all sound like they are from India or somewhere in the middle East.  I have since gotten prepaid legal and identity theft protection from www.metroplexblastoff.com

This man with a heavy accent called my job out of all places playing saying that im be sued this in not cool he called my job and im very upset from 626 239 3136

The man name is John Miller states that I have criminal charges against me and must call 626-239-31
36. He verified my social security# and my date of birth which is very scary.

I received the same call except he said his name was David Richie and he said if he didn't hear from me he "Wished Me Luck"

I also received the sam call and he wished me luck

This is scary because I got the call a hour ago. I got so scared I went straight to my bank to put a alert on my account.

I received a voicemail from this number from a Mark Stevenson saying that I was being sued for not paying a payday loan. When I told him this was the first time I have heard of it he said that the cops would show up at my work to arrest me. He then went on to say that the money was deposited into my account and when I told him no money was put into my account he yelled and cursed at me telling me not to interupt him. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said there was no one else and hung up the phone.

I also received the same call today. Someone with a heavy accent saying his name is John Miller left me a voice mail asking for me or my attorney to contact him. When I call back to ask the nature of the call, I get a full mailbox.

Yes, I had the same call but his name was Michael Johnson.  I called the number back and they said they were suing me for a $300 payday loan that was deposited into my account in may 2011.  He said that I can either pay them directly today or they would file papers at the court in california and have them served to me at my job. I asked what loan company and he would not tell me.  He said i should already know! I told him i was recording the phone call and he hung up on me.

I did take out a pay day loan in June 2011 and so i contacted the company to see what was going on.  The loan told me to disreguard the threatening phone call b/c its not real.  They are a international company and they call people based on info they stole from the internet (becareful when u provide your info for any type of credit card/loan application, make sure you read privacy policy.)  The loan company told me they have already tried to press charges and go after them but because they are international they are unable to locate they're exact location.  They say they are located in California. Beware!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PAYMENT!!!!!

He called me saying the same thing. He said he was with some law office. Later in the conversation I asked him the name of the law office and of course he wouldn't answer me. I also asked him is this going to go to court because I won't do anything till then. He said that it would. I asked so if you're in California and I'm in Ohio how will that work. He then rambled something and asked me yes or no. I asked him what he said yes or no he wouldn't tell me what he said. I told him I'll pay after I talked to someone I know from the FBI he then hung up.

I got 4 harrassing calls today - exactly same stuff as you have all reported...they wanted my attorney's number and stressed they wanted a criminal attorney...when I started asking the jerk who said he was a senior attorney (I doubt he ever made it through kindergarten) the address of his office he got very angry and started called me a MF and the son of a MF...I blocked their calls through the phone company and I hasd a police officer out to my house who took the 2 numbers I had and will pass along to detectives. I suggest WE ALL start a criminal investigation against these people and present a collective suit to the police...what does everyone think about this????

I received a call from 626-239-3136 ask me to call him or have my lawyer call him.  He did not say the name of his law firm is there really is one.  I am worried, but have not plans to call him, but will talk to my attorney or other individuals with the law.  He should be prosecuted.

I got the same call from this guy, and i actually got scared but then i had my boyfriend talk to him and he couldn't answer any questions, so my boyfriend told me to google the number and thats how we found out that it was a scam.

hello i just got a call from this number. the 626-239-3136 number stating that im being sued for loan fraud what is going on? why are these people doing this?

i have also received messages from these people whoever they are anyway.  tried to call back kept getting full mailbox message. hope they call back because iwant to ask them a few questions hehe. this is bs though these people are really starting to piss me off.

I received a call from this same # a female left me a voicemail but when I called back a man name Kevin Peterson picked up to tell me I am being charged w/3 counts of bank fraud when I tried to ask what is this about & when was this crime committed he got very mad & told me that I cannot interrupt him like I'm a child he then said he was not going to speak to me & that the sherriff will explain to me when they come to my place of employment where I will be fired & arrested. This took place on 7/11 & now today is 7/16 so I decide to call the # again & he answers Kevin Peterson speaking is this Stacey I say yes then I ask so Kevin when is the Sherriff coming I've been waiting all week. He said on Monday. I am not scared of this I made a police report & I want a sherriff to comes to my job I am so ready for this war. I hope Kevin Peterson aka James Smith aka Roger Jones reads this b/c you have definitely messed w/ THE RIGHT 1. So see you on Monday Kevin Peterson!
