I have received several calls from this number saying they need me to contact them right away but they have not left the name of their business.

Did not state what company they were from just said very rudely that it would be in my best intrest to call them back or else something bad was going to happen. Did not speak english very well and said he was not threatning me just telling me the truth. When I called the number back it said messages full. The man that called said his name was Derek Miller. Very very poor buisness manners.

I too received this message.  They are very difficult to understand.  Very Hillarous.  :)  This is a scam.

I just received a call from this number a lil bit ago. When I answered my phone no ones there. Shorly after I hung up ... I had an urgent msg to contact a girl named Jenny who claims she from some investigation from the state of California. She told i would be receivinb court documents at my job tomorrow for money laundering over the internet...lol and  would have to pay over $3004. I could barely understand what she was saying, she very rude and kept oh my goodness and towards the end I asked her what the amount for...she told me to shut my mouth..I told her no I dont have to cause this is a scam and she hung up. so when ya try to call back the number doesnt work ... go figure

Just received a call from this number.  Guy barely spoke English and was very rude.  On the message he said he needed to hear back from me or my lawyer immediately.  If I ignored his call then there would be problems for me!  I have no clue how they got my number or why they are calling.  Tried to call back and it says mail box is full!!

They called and he kept asking for my attorneys info and asked if received the papers yet and when I kept asking for what or what company he said well my senior attorney will call and I asked for what and when he refused I started making fun of his inability to speak clear English. And then he hung up. This has to be a scam!

I got the same exact call. I called the sherrifs office and they say they cant do anything about it. I dont understand why they would not try to track them down and stop them.

Got two back to back calls at 7am from Jenny. Says me or my attorney need to call back and good luck.!!!....  Totally reading from a script, strong accent ....I just laughed at it.

Got a call today from 623-239-3148 stating online payday loans in Georgia were illegal and wanted to know my lawyer's name.
The caller stated she was from Attorney Michelle Brown and wanted to inform me that I am being sued. She asked did I get a notice from the sheriff department. No. I checked the BBB in Georgai and it is highly recommended to not apply unless the lender is liscensed for the State of  Ga. As a reminder, be careful when entering yuor SS# and

I got a call today from the same number (626-239-3148). The guy was attorney Mark Wilson. I looked up the attorney with the state of California. No one by Mark Wilson is an attorney. This is a scam for sure. BLOCKED the calls if you can. They are trying to scare people. I have no bills and he said i owe money. The guy is stupid and crazy for sure.

if you talk to anyone tell them that you are going to report them i did that yesterday and they got scared and begged me not to report them but i did anyway lol but the calls have stopped so i think it worked

Never filled out anything dealing with a payday loan or advance loan and i just did some research they don't take money out of your account they're suppose to put it in so I don't know what I'm being charged for.

I also just got a call from this company.  I spoke with 2 people and neither of them spoke english very well.  One of the representatives named Michelle went so far as to tell me that a police officer was headed to my work to serve me papers and he might also arrest me.  She was extremely rude... She would not tell me whom the creditors were that was trying to sue me.  She then told me to never call the number they provided again and hung up on me.

They just called me too. Said I had to pay 3500 to keep from getting arrested and taken to California toserve jail time.

Same thing just happened called me at work.

Ssomeone named Samantha with an west indian accent called me and my daughter's phone saying for me to call them back and if I do not then things will unfold. I had a call like this on dec. 7 2011 from another person claining to be an attorney and his name was john anderson. He said if I did not give him some that day that he would send my name to the sherff dept.and fbi for check fraud and stealing money from a payday loan place. I did know what he was talking about. So I have called the fraud dept. In my city to let them what is happening to me.  I found out that these are scams and to not answer anymore of their calls.
