this phone number is a scam: they are pretending to be a legal service representing online loan lenders... quote" they are filing a criminal lawsuit because you have received a loan and have not paid. they may have some of your info but beaware they may tell you that you will be arrested for this crimminal act.I found out today that this company have several complaints on them...

They told me that I have a bunch of unpaid fees & they wanted my lawyers phone number.  Scared the crap out of me, but as reading this is not true but they read me the last of my social so I am worried that they may be doing something with my social security number.

Yeah Ijust received the same call asking me to call back and if they haven't heard from my lawyers then they will have no choice but to continue to claim.  When I called back a few times,  it didn't ring and went dead.

I work for the govt and called then and informed them this is being reported. Never heard someone hang up so fast. Dont fall for this. If it was real, they would NOT have to ask for any information and it is illegal to threaten arrest. That is not how it works.  The police do NOT arrest you for not paying a bill. If you owed it, they would have to inform you in writing, give you 30 days to dispute, file with the court and then you would be served. Funny how they assume off the bat that you have an attorney. I have two friends that work with the FBI, and I will be turning this over to them.

These people are CRAZY! They also contacted me today with all the same threats about going to jail and who's my attorney etc, I'm glad I googled the number and seen they have so many complaints against them, is there any thing else that can be done about these people? They barely even can speak English and they are very rude and them threatening people is not right!

I have been getting calls from the same number it is a scam. They also use a 646-340-3450 number, making the exact same claims.  They sound like they are from the Middle East.  By the way, they are both extremely rude and hostile towards females, a female friend of mine answered the phone and she met with many insults.  I strongly suggest females to just hang up the phone.  If you google the 646-340-3450 you can find out more information about these idiots.

I posted earlier about these people, & I have also talked with a Detective in my area about these calls.  He told me to not give them any information & that he is pretty sure this is a big scam, but I have told them repeatedly to quit calling me & they have threatened me that I will be arrested today.  I agree about them being very hostile, they get very angry when you argue with them & tell them you are not going to pay them or give them information.

my calls were the same,very hostile and rude,but persistant,calling the work place to is embarrassing,but it scared the hell out of me about being arrested at place of employment.losing license and cant leave country,you would of thought you comitted a murder!There has to something that can be done about this.

These "wonderful" people called and told me they were calling from the COMMONWEALTH Attorney's office...(MY MOTHER WORKS FOR THE COMMONWEALTH ATTORNEY'S OFFICE)....they went on to say that they had charges against my name, I WAS GOING TO GET ARRESTED IN THE MORNING.. and even went as far as to read me my last four of my ssn. I replied simply if you do call me back or even attempt to show up at my door you prick i will forward your company number that you like to change so much and your this recorded phone call to the authorities.. This [***] replied "DO IT!" they are extremely rude to women...and have no rhyme or reason for their calls...JUST PURE D [***]..DONT FALL FOR THE HYPE. WHO CALLS TO WARNED YOU ARE ABOUT TO GET ARRESTED...

My husband answered my phone and acted like he was attorney and stated they need to send it in writing they said they were going to email it to me, NOT i didnt receive anything, if they arrested you for not paying your bills the jails would be overcrowded.  Get a grip! I no longer answer their calls good luck to them on ever getting me on the phone Losers LMAO!

yes keep getting calls from them. If i truely owed outstanding money i would recieve some type of paper work or notification. If these people were a true professional group  they would ,not talk to you in the manner they do,hang up on you after you say the word scam or use phraes like OMG,when you try asking what this is about,,its just shut and listen and you will be arrested,yadda yadda yadda.Who needs this crap at this time of year. Can you file harrassment charges if they keep calling your work phone or even cell number?

They got me badly.... for roughly $500. The only reason I didn't even dispute it at the time was because they sounded so official and I was chasing 2 small children through an airport over the Christmas holiday. Worst case scenario, I didn't even figure out I had been scammed until another sorry SOB tried to do it to me again yesterday!!!! These people need to be punished... and as for being ugly to women... someone please bring them here stateside! I will be glad to show them personally what a woman can do! They are absolutely miserable and detestable people!!!! My family really needed that money!

yeah i myself recieved a call from a (818)337-3050 this is located in Los Angles CA stating the same excact thing they even call my job, so i call the number back the man had a REALY BAD accent and he left a voice mail massage on my  phone which i kept for my records, stating that he need my lawyer information,  he then read off my information as well, well believe me i was in a PANIC. So i called the number back and ask for his address and business lic #  of course he refused to supply it to me so i ask him for a name  which he gave as Nelson Frauco I then began calling 411 for verify the business the had no listing of such number or company, just from what i have read from other people that has been scamed  be careful i in turned call back him every hour on the hour and all the do is hang up on me or send me to voice mail i hope that this information will help in finding these &*&^^%$$# and giveing them what they deserve

It's a new number 510-214-8398 that's the number calling now same story line
