Called but didn't leave message. Second weird number today.

I started getting texts on my new trakfone yesterday from 2 numbers I did not know, and then had to pay for them!  Today I got two voice calls, the first from a number that was silent, that I had to pay for too.   I see that it was reported as a diabetic supply company - I am diabetic.  How did this all start?  

One of the texts yesterday  from 1772-245-7638 told me I had won a $1000 January gift card from Best Buy, and to log into a website (www.bit.lv/UUHIB7! with the promocode 704 in  the message.  After filling in many questions about offers, I remembered this had happened to me before, so I didn't complete the instructions, went back to each page and eliminated my answers, including name, address, cellphone.  Interestingly, The very first question I was asked is if I am diabetic.

The second text was from 17402742104 at 4:41, saying I"PaulYou qualify for a 2nd payday loan up to 1,000 dollarsWired in little as one hour. Wired88.com to end messages reply stop.

The silent number this morning is 616-808-8135, I just received a call from this number, but did not answer. 626-521-5682

This number calls two times a week, you can tell there is somebody on the line when I pick it up; but no person or answer service is provided. I did hear breathing one time. I have tried to call to speak to a manager to have my number removed; but no luck on my end. I to think it is from a diabetic company, I am diabetic and remember filling out a fast survey for free medical equipment when I was playing "World Series of Poker" (W.S.O.P.) on my iPhone 5. Possibly my mistake for giving a company my number, but I was after free poker chips. Seems weird to me that nobody will respond on the phone, I have heard of scams were they get you to spend a certain amount of time on the phone, at that time they can grab info out of your smart phone and imbed a Trojan into your computer or smart phone. I would suggest you don't spend more than 5 seconds on the phone or if your computer answers your line 8 seconds there as well. Called and hung up. I usually do not answer anyone who won't share their name but was expecting a call from a friend so did this time.

I keep getting calls from this phone number asking if I need suplies for diabetes.  They tell me that someone has requested this information for me online.  I live alone.  Nobody that I know would do this.  I do not have diabetes.  This has been going on for weeks.

person called asked for my name and asked if i wanted info for a person with arthritis, after that he asked what medical insurance i had and whe i told him he said call you laer and slamed the phobe
