I think this company is out to get people money my threatening them and I think they are a scam!!!!

BOZZ and yes its a scam. got a call last nite and they left a msg on my phone. James (did not understand his last name) said he was a lawyer and he will be at my residence to pick me up if i dont call back. jerks!! will try and call him back and see if i can cuss him out.

well you cannot call back cuz when you do,it says a error has accured.

I called this number back and talked to someone about this bogus charge> They are coming to my residence to get me,,,,the law doesn't work that way...when I mentioned a police officer they started cursing me out.

I just talked to Jim Brown and Tony Fernardez.  I think they were the same person.  They told me that I had a warrent in New York, I have never been to New York and when I asked what city in New York I was told Tampa, there is no Tampa in New York.  They told me I would know the charges when the police come.  I asked if they were a police agency and they said yes the FBI.  I laughed and then called the FBI.  They said they are nothing but a scam and the best answer is to not answer their calls at all and keep all records of the messages they leave.  To also file a complaint with your local police department.  Good luck everyone with the bs out there.

do not ever speak to people you do not recognize....i get this number 7 times a day...i call the number back i receive a message that the number has been disconnected....somebody calls again and calls me a big [***]...no explanation just threats...

it appears they have the same voices and use different names...i agree with the sb321...they will not give any information just threats...the authorities told me they are full of crap....

you never give information to people who do not say who they are and what they want....especially calling me a stupid [***].

THE BEST IS WHEN YOU CALL BACK AND RECEIVE AN OPERATOR THAT SAYS THE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED--THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH ALL DAY LONG...NAME CALLING, THREATS, AND NO EXPLANATIONS..JUST SLAM THE PHONE DOWN WHEN THEY CALL.

This is complete and total BS! We got a call saying we took out a loan, checked our bank statements for that enter year there was not money put in.
Me “how exactly were we suppose to pay this loan off”
Him “we take the money from your account”
Me “why didn’t you take it out then, and what is your company called again?” (company name changed) “where exactly is this court house? We called several in the central TX aria none have record of us going Monday. I need to know your lawyers name by the way”
Him “you will see it when cops drag you there. You have 30 minuets to pay me”
Me “show me proof I owe this and I will pay it”
Him “so your agreeing to pay then?”
Me “no give me proof, with out proof your not getting a dime”
Him “fine don’t pay it this was recorded your going to court for saying your not paying”
Me “ok you failed to give me any proof of me owing debt, and wont give me info about your self, company or lawyer so Im assuming you are full of it."
Him (click phone hanging up)
Called trial defense after this they said this is a scam.

i got a call from these people cant understand what they are saying.  he told me i took out a payday loan in 2008 and i didnt even have a bank account.
