A guy called my phone and left a message stating that he was Officer John Smith and left this number as a call back number advising that my name and SSN had been placed in a legal file. I am not returning this call as he did not state what precinct, city and state he was with.  Beware of this scammer, I recognize this voice from a few other calls I have had where I have been told that my information is on file in a legal case and that it is important I call back. I never return these calls.

I also got a call from this same guy, I have not returned the calls either because it is difficult to understand him and it seemed like a scam. People are ridiculous!

Just got a call from a guy. Saying I was being sued for 450.00! Curing at me saying I needed ro pay right away. This is a scam!!! Do not send money!!

he called me saying the same,he even called my job. he said he was sending the cops to my home and job

These people are using a magic jack number-they said my husband was committing fraud, and then they said that he was being sued, they said they had a warrant for his arrest...um since when do warrants get issued for a law suit?

This guy and the group he is working with needs to be found and dealt with.  I have been getting calls from a group of them about 400 bucks. It is quite annoying !

same thing here.  very annoying expecially when the call my work.  will get nothing from me.

i just got calls in today on it said i worked at a local store and  owed 350 dollars and it needed to be paid today. he called the store and he said he had someone coming to visit tommorrow.

No! If you do not believe it call the police!!!
