Called on my cellphone, no message.

This is pinnacle financial collections agency who call and hangs up!

I rec'd a call from them today, left no message.  Poor communication skills, Pinnacle has been offensive with their tactics in the past.

This company is rude and antagonizing with their phone calls. Even after being told My wife was not available continued to pester me about giving her a message yet never letting me know what message to exactly give her. Clearly an attempt to collect a debt and has been traced down to an IRS call center that will not stop, get the point, or listen to me. I'm not sure if they actually want the debt paid or just like pestering people already in debt and struggling to get out. I do have to say these menacing phone calls are not going to get you paid any quicker.
