This person keeps calling my phone and threatening me.

Same here! Its some guy with the last name Jackson. He has a very strong accent. He told me that i commited a financial crime and if i dont call back then they will show up at my job and home. When i call back the number is disconnected. Ugh!

Seems these pigs are busy today. 100% scam.

They called me too! heavy accent. Said he was a debt ccollection agency, and I need to get a lawyer, or "fix this soon". Last week he called and said the sheriff will be coming to my house. I said "go for it" I know my rights, and in colorado the sheriff does not get in to financial disputes. then he called back from a number listed out of new york! 917-268-9159, and he left a voice mail with a completely different number. Now I know its a scam.

this number rings every 25 minutes and when you pick up they hang up

Spoke with man w/asian accent who doesn't speak english well at all. Could barely understand him but it is in reference to me putting out money. I'm so tired of this. Why can't anything be done is what I don't understand. Now this is a big scam - you call that same number back and it states "Your number can not be dialed, check the number and call back". This is bulls__t. I work hard and don't plan to give my money to anyone or towards anything that I haven't received.

They called and told me they are a web design site and they would continue to call me.

They call me non stop! They said they are calling from law office of financial crime and said cops were going to ccome to my work unless I paid 300 dollars for his help. Very heavy accent and when i hang up on him he calls back for at least 10 min back to back. This is so stupid! He is very insistent on getting my visa cad info to pay this 300...sounds like a scam to me!

i had the same phone call talkin bout the police was goin 2 show up on my job and arrest me. the guy had a very heavy accent n i barely come understand what he was saying. i no he said something bout he was a law firm but i tried 2 call the number back and it was disconnected. what am i suppose 2 do?

Lawyer to contact him I have charges pressed against me s scared the [***] out of me till he called from the 630 number so I Google it and found all scam stuff he also called from 9@7&310 California number says he can't tell me who is pressing charges but I can talk to his sup after he gets out a meeting he knows my name says he is for my best interest to contact him I'm not paying [***] lawsuit or not American law office

Called me today, yesterday, day before, last week, ect; i know he got my information from online payday information. trying to see if he can get money from me too. Heavy india accent, threats. He said he was calling from the state attorneys office. He accused me of receiving a payday loan and not paying for it. I told him that's odd, no other comapny is having any problem taking my money!

I got the same guy calling from 3 different numbers including the 917 number here. The other one is from CA but they are most definately the same guy. When I told him I reported his numbers to the federal authorities he actually had the balls to call back from different numbers. So his last phone call went from threats to him now telling me he is my friend because I actually read to him what I was typing on the FTC website. Call the FTC during hours or go online and fill out a complaint any time. Write the conrfirmation numbers down in case you have to file another report. They are onto these people so I know the complaints are working.
