Constant calls about lowering credit card interest

No message, just missed call.

Answered it.

Ask the Dumbass for the last 4 numbers of the credit card of which they could lower the rate, and the coward hung up

I put Telemarketer, but it's a scammer..

The caller ID is Lombard, IL.  I did not answer, and he/she didn't leave a message.

I figure if it's a scam, I put "prank call."

Call to talk about lowering my credit card's interest rate.  Don't bother pressing "3" or whatever to be taken off their list.  It doesn't work.  And when I do talk to someone, they tell me they aren't in charge of who calls me.  So a do-not-call list is also out of the question.

Left a message using my name and asking about my account with Morgan Stanley. Almost fell for it, but decided to google first. Beware!

They called me (630-519-6450),but I don't accept calls from unknown numbers.!

SCAMMERS, when told that I had no credit cards, was hung up on, phishing creeps!
