Scam threatening lawsuit through florida bank of America for an account I never had. Told them I'd see them in court. The already had my social security number and previous address

Cell phone registered in Illinois to a Sean Lemke. Doesn't sound too legit to me. Be careful

Very aggressive call from Amy Lewis saying that there was a judgement by Bank of America and assets were about to be seized. I told them they were a scam and they hung up.

Nasty call demanding payment from a 1998 debt for a credit card that I never had for a debt I never incurred. But he had both wife and my social and knew info from my current credit standing. Scam. I told him to 'have a nice day' and hung up.

scam caller said call was from us bank and I was being sued, told them to [***].

Called today and yesterday.  I blocked their number.  Called me by a married name I havent had in 18 years, said I lived some where I never lived.  Said I owed about 16,000 to Well Fargo. I did have someone take out some credit on me about 30 years ago that was fraud.  Haven't had any accounts in my name in about 20 years.  I put a fraud alert on my account.

Male called and said he was an attorney and threaten to suit me. Hung up on him and then called me again. Had all my personal information and told me not to get credit anywhere else. I told him to go scam someone else and hang up on him.

Exactly the same thing happened to me.  Said I had an old USA Bank credit card I owed 8000.00. It was from 2001.  I never applied for a card from them.  He had all of my personal info, said he was going to file a claim and sue me in my counties court.  He knew about my credit cards and threatened to charge them for the amount owed.  My banks put a fraud alert on the accounts,  I also called Equifax, Transunion Credit report people for a fraud alert.  He called back again later in the day I didn't answer. He was very nasty and had an answer to everything I said, I hung up on him.

UPDATE...Called again and today i received a letter from Fed EX offering a settlement to be paid by Dec. 29th.  I never did business with this so called bank. I am unable to block their number.  This is harrassment and I find it very unnerving, I am an old lady and have good credit.

Called about an account from 23 years ago. Told him to go F** himself. Had all my credit info though, obviously had access to my credit reports.

Identified himself as Michael representing some Chinese organization said he need an affidavit gave me case number and an 888 number to contact him.  He knew my married name.

Left a message with part of my social # and said he had urgent legal matter he had to discuss with me. . I did not return call and deleted message. It makes me mad that people can get your information and use it to harass you. I had someone steal my information about 10 years ago and have not recovered from that so I sure don't want it to happen again.
