I got the same call just now, I did not answer as I had no idea who it was, It said Pal Dupage Co. I'm like who is that...I did not call back, decided to look up the number and got this...these people are annoying!!!!!!

I got a phone call from this number, only to hear just music. No idea who this is--the fact that I'm on the "Do Not Call List" doesn't seem to have any effect on this type of call.
