they keep calling every couple minutes for the past hour, they leave no message when answering machine picks up, and if you answer ther is no one there, when you call back, they ask to pick 1 for english and enter your sign number, which we have no idea what that is

This number has called my house number repetitively for 30 minutes or more with no message when i do not answer. The one time I answered, there was a long silence followed by a short series of 'beeps'.  Very irritating.

It is 1:26 AM and just got two calls from this number, loud fax type sounds and is very irritating.

Lucky I wasnt home last night this number called me every 3 minutes from 11pm untill 7 am.... and now that im home I called it back and it says push 1 for english and enter your sign number? About 45 minutes ago they started calling again and I answer and its just silence followed by beeping and I hang up and they call back again every 3-4 minutes WTF....

I had 13 empty voicemail message from this phone number between 2:00 am and 7:00 am.  How do we stop the insanity?

Call repeatedly, 15+ times today alone. No one is there, just static and beeps. Very irritating. Can't figure out who this is and when I call the number back I just get computer operator from the phone company.

This number is coming from the people who monitor those on house arrest. It's them trying to connect to the box.

It's totally if your on House Arrest.  That's what I'm on, and it's trying to connect to the box.  Oh it's so annoying, along with taking a breathalizer test every so often, that's all part of being locked down at home...Just let it ring through, and it will stop.

try calling 1-800-426-9143. that is the number for protocol svcs in colorado. they should be able to help get it straightened out.

It's for House Arrest

This company is a house arrest monitoring company associated with the ELMO home breathalyzing machine.  You shouldn't be getting calls from them unless you're court ordered to undergo alcohol monitoring.

I called this company (630-820-4000) and demanded to be removed from their call list,  the calls have still not stopped.  I will sue them for harassment at this point.  They called my cell phone last night 154 times.  Yes, 154 times.......

As of this morning, the calls are coming every 3 minutes.

please quit calling so early in the morning waking me up.I already get calls from the halfway house and dont need any more . I have to go to work and the sleeplessness affects my performance.STOP NOW!

Just received 10 calls from this number within 15m at ~2am. Called them and spoke to 'Jennifer' who claimed to be a supervisor. She would not give me any info on who Protocol Services is or what they do. All she would do is submit a ticket by email with my number to her technical department. Should would not, or could not, tell me why they are calling. She would not transfer me since techinical was not open! I tried to escalate the call and eventually she hung up on me.

Then called my cable service, Xfinity, to block the number. Had to input *60, then number in a blocked call list using my phone. Hopefully no more calls.
