Just got this call on my cell phone.  I think it is a new type of robo call, even though the woman "Jean" sounds like a real person, there was always a slight delay in her answers, and I got the same question asked to me 3 times in the exact same voice inflection, which was the incorrect response to my question asked.  I asked "Who or what is this calling?" and the answer I got was "Have you ever been diagnosed with a stroke, heart disease, had a heart attack, or diabetes?" all times repeated back with the exact same inflection and pauses in the sentences. I think it was keying off the "What" in my question and replaying.  At the start of the call I even asked "Jean" if she was a real person because if the odd pauses and her super cheerful disposition.  The response (after a short dealy) was giggling, and "Yes, of course I'm real! We must just have a bad connection!", to which I replied that my cell phone which you called was crystal clear.  "Jean" Then wanted to make sure now was a good time to discuss my Life Insurance options, because she understands that life gets busy...  Anyways they hung up the call after I asked three times who they were and they kept repeating the same response, not answering my question.

I keep getting calls from this number 630-869-1320. I NEVER answer calls from numbers I don't know. They didn't leave a message, no surprise there. I'm glad I found a note from Larry from SoCal with some type of information on the number. Thanks Larry! I love websites like this. I blocked my cell phone number and called 630-869-1320. I got a recording that said "Sorry you missed our call. If received this call by accident and would like to be placed on the no call list, please press one now." I didn't press one since I was calling from a blocked number, but the message just repeated, no one ever picked up or said what company was calling. What did we do before caller ID? LOL

just got this call altho nothing or no one responded to my hellos?  So I called the number back which didn't even ring. Went directly to a recording that said. Sorry you missed our call if you would like to be put on the no call list dial 1 now, which I did then it disconnected me. JERKS!!

This caller identified herself as "Insurance Services".  I foolishly answered it due to the local Chicaoland area code.

Someone at this number has called two times in about 4 hrs. I don't pick up if I don't recognize a number. I look it up first. On the second call, I picked up and no one spoke.

I've had two calls from this number and "Jean". I agree with another commenter -- it's definitely a robocall. I confused it when "Jean" asked, "May I speak to the man or lady of the house?" I told her to choose one of them. Did not compute. Just hang up.

I got the call this morning and just as I hit the hangup button a Winona voice came on but it sounded animated. I  then googled  it and got this site, my phone isn't smart enough to have blocking so had to save with a don't answer.

I got a phone call from this number and it hung up on me.. I decided to try and call it back and the line is silent.. I'm not sure what this was about..

LOL - before caller ID - we weren't getting very many SCAM artists.......
I'm like you - I NEVER answer calls from #s I don't know.

Just got a call from this #.  Thankfully I Never answer calls I don't know & no VM was left.

Thanks for the info.  I got the call, didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer thinking a message would be left.  No message was left and I thought about calling it back to see what it was about.  Saved me the time.

I got a message that unfortunately I have received from CC companies and the like before.   It was the, "Please hold while we retreive important information about your account,  It is IMPORTANT that we speak to you.

This message echos what a creditor can say on a recorded message regarding a delinquent account.   I tried calling back, but my cell signal is too weak to connect unless I am outside.

Call came up, don't answer. Blocaked. End of story.
