I too have been receiving this call. At the most inconvenient of times they always manage to call me as soon as I am unable to answer the phone. Apparently its a number from Downers Grove, IL. Have you ever called back or answered?

I have answered the same  number now 3 different times, and opted out each time. But they just keep calling me back. when will they Really opt me out?  And I do not even have a credit card.

I have gotten calls from this # they r middle eastern they will harass u really bad p;ease check with local da and call ur state attorney state general and file a complaint please do not pay...........
