Received a call at work from this number stating that I owed money for an outstanding loan that I never took out.  They even called my friend and harassed them, telling them they needed to let me know to call them and resolve this.

i recieved a call today at work saying i owe a outstanding loan her name was jessica shaw i ask her to fax me the documents that i signed and she said she would i never received them yet

These people have been calling everyone I know and saying there is a warrant for my arrest and leaving a list of charges over peoples voice mails! They are harassing a woman who has my old work phone number at her job! I do have some past debt that I need to pay so I asked which one this was in regards to and when he explained it to me he got some of the information wrong. It was a payday loan and he said I wrote a check on a bank to pay it with. No check, it was a debit card and I never banked with the bank he stated I wrote said check with....hmmmm sounds fishy to me.

I think this is some kind of scam. These people are calling for a debt that is well over 2 yrs old and they don't have the facts straight. I think they are going on peoples credit reports, getting debt info, investigating it and then calling the person and trying to get payments. They are leaving voicemail with people I know saying I have a warrant for my arrest! For an old debt? Really?

Received a voice message from Alex Morgan for me requesting I call this number immediately or have a Jeanette Bass call it in order to protect my legal rights.  I don't know this person. I don't know a Jeanette Bass and am not calling the number back.

I have been getting calls from this phone number 6312096010 at work and on my cell.  The woman on the line says her name is Jessica from PCS.  I want to know if anyone else has tried sending this harrassing calls to any agencies.

You can't be arrested for an old debt, or any debt for that matter.  It's also illegal practices to threaten to take that action.

Do not respond to these call, it's probably a zombie debt buyer shaken trees trying to scare people into paying them and giving them their personal info.

These people call my job everyday and I am too tired of this.  They call hang up then call then hang up.  They keep saying that I owe them and I know I don't owe them anything.  They ask me for my personal info but if I owed them wouldn't they already know all of this?  Also I'm getting so many calls from them that I could posibly loose my job.  This has got to stop!!!

These individual keeps on calling and telling me that a good friend has a litigation and used my name, I dont even know the person. Call day and night, I have asked them to stop calling.

FRAUD!!!!  LOL, dealt with these idiots for months.  First time they EVER transfered me to someone else when I made them frustrated.

I Just got a Call and they said i took out a pay day loan from this company and have not paid them back even though I payed back that company two years ago!!!! this is complete fraud and they said that they are a Law firm PCS which i have never heard of and researched it and I could not find a law firm called that.  Complete FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!

They call me also all of the time. With these people you gotta act like you don't have good sense; meaning you've actually gotta go off on them they stopped calling me immediately. The reason why I say that is because it's a complete scam and in all honesty, think about it they talk like they're from the Middle East but they have an American name like Marcus Johnson. Not to sound racist or anything like that but unless they were born here they shouldn't have an American name and sound like theyre from India or something. Complete scam. Give them a Dorset of their own medicine.

I actually just looked this up on the internet and found the number to this caller.  I wanted to see if any fraudulent reports have been made about them.  The woman who called me stated that her name was Jessica Shaw from PCS Law Firm.  She stated that they are a firm located in my city.  When she called, this number did not show up on my phone ID (I guess because they blocked it)..it was all 0000.  She initially wanted me to verify the last digits of my SS number and my address before explaining the nature of her business.  She stated that she had a case file in front of her from Cash Advance USA against me and that they are alleging check fraud, etc and other "serious" charges.  I do not have ANY loans or debts outstanding with this entity and I tried to explain to her that if this is legit, please send me information through the US courts.  I then let her know that I am aware that this is a fraudulent call and that I would report her and her "Firm" to the FBI.  She tried to raise her voice and talk over me, but once I told her that, she hung up.

I just received phone call from Alex Morgan from this number 1-631-209-6010, I could barely understand his message on my voicemail because of his accent but he has called me before and harassed me and I have not called him back and I don't plan on calling him back this time either it's a scam and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and anyone else I could nothing makes them stop just don't answer calls and they will stop calling sooner or later unless you want to talk to them and have to get hostile with them and listen to them threaten to do legal actions that they legally can not do for old debt.

Hi, I just received a phone call from a Peter Johnson at 631-209-6010.  He wnt on about my owing money.  He had an Indian accent.  Ihung up on him and googles this number and saw all these complaints.  I called him back and when he started    in again, I told him that I had called the FBI and he hung up on me.

This woman calls my cell and says my name is Jessica Shore from New York City she had an English accent and she said it was in regards to a loan that I made with a Financial Company called TCS. She left message on my voicemail and said it was important to get in touch with her in regards to this message it is time sentitive and important to get in touch with me right away.

This woman called my boss with a English accent she asked my boss to call her @ 631-209-6010.I called the number I received from my boss and asked to speak to Jessica Shaw she stated that she was in some kind of Federal Law Enforcement.I told her that she was not telling the truth,so she rung up in my face.I called back to report her boss,a man got on and cursed me out .

These same people called me at this same number.. The man and I do use the term loosely was named Robert Smith saying that I had a loan but when asked to provide the necessary information he couldn't then when you start asking questions about what this all about.  wants me to give him my credit/debit card info and I told him it was a scam gets mad and tries to curse me out. so what me and my co workers did we started to call this number back over and over again just he did me and he and associates didn't like that at all.. we beat them at their own game..

I have been getting calls at my work and cell phone phone with the the same messages and threatening me and the same time harrassing me that i owe them money and if i do not pay them they will take me to court and end i will end up paying more for court fees.He said that there is a case against my name with my last four of my SS#  that i owe money. I asked them what company and to send me all the information so I can check it and they said they will send it after I pay them. They wont even give me the company name that i owe from.
