i just got  a call from that number too. no message 631-229-8177.. only thing i heard was "good bye".

They stated that they are WN position an employment placement center. When I asked how they got my number he said from an online survey. When I stated I hadn't filled out any he said " sorry we can't help you at this time, goodbye!"

WM Division is the group... Very weird, I called them back and it sounded like a cyborg... But seriously, I couldn't tell if it was a human or a machine???  I asked them to remove me from their list and yeah I don't really know what happened after that.  I heard Goodbye.

No message and didn't answer. Missed the call. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers.

Just got a call from this number, 4 pm on a Wednesday.  No noise, waited a few seconds (10?) then the call hung up.  An animated voice may have said 'goodbye' but I had poor reception.

Someone called me regarding an ad placed in Craigs list, my phone number was never listed (it is a company provided cell phone), caller would not answer questions as to how he got my phone number. The caller kept on talking over me and I announced that I was hanging up.

Don't know who this but I thought it was from joining LinkedIn.  Answered a few questions, then they asked for my name.  I told him I would not give any personal information and he said sorry they can't help me at this time.

Just got a call on my cell phone from that number as well. Since I didn't recognize it, I googled it and came across this page. When I didn't answer right away, they hung up.. strange.

I did not answer this call and they left no msg. I looked it up on 411.com says this is from Amityville, NY. No other info. They have tried calling me a few times but no voicemail = no call back

They called again, 1 week later, I let them say their spiel and then I announced "since I did not post my number I am hanging up" If this gets to be a habit and they continue to annoy me I will seek legal action against these lowlifes.

Thanks to all who posted.  Just got a call from this number. No message left.  Apparently DNC registry doesn't work.  Blacklisting on my phone does!

Got a call from "Joseph" at 9am on a Saturday morning. Very rude. Asked me how I was and I said well. He then continued to say "Good. Me too. Thanks for asking".  I couldn't tell if it was a recorded message or an actuall person until I stopped talking and he questioned why I wasn't talking. I have no idea where they got my number.. Apparently an online survey I participated in for a job.

They said they had job placement for me based on a survey and asked for my info.  I am already employed, I think there just an ID Fraud outfit.  Just hang up on 'em.

Me too.  Same thing, no one answers except a computer voice says: 'goodby'
