I keep getting phone calls from a very rude man with a foreign accent saying that I owe money, which I don't and telling me that he is with the "Investigation Department".  He says his name is "Officer J. Williams" and threatens that he is sending someone to arrest me!!!  The call itself was very frightening.  I have tried to call him to threaten police action but no one answers and I can only leave a message.  I wish that someone could locate this con artist and have him arrested!

This person ñame David Martian from investigacion criminal says i am ir money from usa government , I wants send jail !! Him nose my 4 digits social security and my name bank plus call my job !! This person have strong acent from India's ! Is [***]

I rcvd this same call yesturday and it scared me half to dealth, this man needs to be locked up

this guy keeps calling saying i owe money and im going to jail even called my mother and told her i was going to jail if i didnt pay. this guy needs to be in JAIL!!!

I got a phone call from a guy named John Foster saying that I own over 7 thousand and that and that I would have a warrent out for my arrest if I did not give them my card number and send a fax stating that I would pay it... I did not give him any iformation. Then his boss named Jean Parker started to call my work threating my boss. If she didn't give him my info then there would be a warrent out for her... Her day pulled the number up and we got all this info.. Wanted everyone to know the names of the two that called me....

I received a call from this phone number on 4/27/12 from a man with a forgein accent stating he was from investigation dept and that they had a warrant for me and if i didnt have my attorney or myself call back they would have to proceed.  I have had several of these calls from all different numbers and they all all SCAMS.

I received a call today from this number. I man with a foreign accent said that his name was Jay williams and that I owe 525 dollars for a payday loan. He threaten that if i didnt pay that i would be going to jail. He knew the last four numbers of my SSN and he knew my bank account information and where I am employed. He couldnt tell me exactly who was the payday loan company or when i took out the amount. Who are these people????

I received the same call. Did they have the last four of your SSN and your back information? They have all of my info and threaten to take me to jail if i didnt pay.

Someone from this number called me and told me I was a criminal and I was going to jail. They called my work number and I told them not to call here anymore and the guy told me he was going to call my work 100 times and he was going to speak to my supervisor about my illegal activity. I asked for a badge number and the county this investigator was registered in and he would not give me the information. I also asked what was the charge and he refused to give me any information. I will be filing a compaint with the BBB and contacting an attorney as this activity is harrassment and Illegal in my state.

I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and they have advised that this company does not exist at this address and they appear to be taking money from people proceed with caution

i had the same person/number call me he had my last 4 digit of my ss number, told me i fraud and owed money and that i was being arrest today. but the odd thing is the place they say i owe money to have nerver dealt with them. thais all started when i apply for a online loan. somthing needs to b done, how they get our info.

A man with a foriegn accent calls me and tells me not to ignore him.  That I owe money, and I will pay it.  Then I am given a message about an officer named Jean Parker, an it is an emergency that I call.  I looked up the area code it is used for Suffolk County in Eastern Long Island New York. I called the local police to tell them aout the scam.

Strange call rude guy demanding I owe money and that they are coming to arrest me today! What a joke!

This man with a foreign accent called me and said I owe money to a payday loan company. I don't so I knew he was a liar. He said that they were going to arrest me and sue me. Then I informed him that's not how the laws work. If it was a civil case, they don't arrest you for that. You have to go to court for that. These people are SCAMMERS. Do not let them bully you or make you afraid.

I got this call today but I didn't pick up at first but two phone calls later after hearing the first message I got curious and picked up telling him he got the wrong guy when he threatened to arrest me and the person he was looking for I knew something was up because real investigators wouldn't make a large mistake like this I have a few voicemails if anyone wants to try and take these person down

This Guy calls me multiple times through out the day stating that I am going to jail and that I need to all him immediately.   I know this is a scam and I called the guy back and told him it is against the Law to impersonate a Law Officer and that I am reporting this constent harrassment to the proper authorities.  I came into work this morning and he had the gall to leave a message on my voice mail at work telling me he is going to call my Supervisor and that I am going to lose my job.   As of today I am reporting this phone number to the Federal Trade Commisson in order to stop this insanity.  I also notice yesterday he was calling himself Dave Smith, this morning on my voice mail he is going by Mr. Anderson
