Caller ID said "PC". Assuming it was a sales call, but she never said her intention. Asked for the owner of the company by name. I said there is nobody here by that name. She pronounced it several ways to see if I would respond positively to any. Asked if there was anybody with a similar name. Said he called her regarding computer repair, which is actually what our business is listed under. I said, no, nobody like that here. She said she needed to go back and check the voicemail then because she couldn't really understand what he said, so I may be hearing back from her. Proceeded to call back several times within a few minutes. Just ignored the calls, she stopped calling.

If you call it back it goes to a voicemail that identifies as PerksCard, gave me some line about setting up a discounted service agreement with my local county government for employee discounts.  Fine and dandy by me but I won't give a cut to some data aggregator.

Got a phone call AND an email from this source, "Caroline". The phone number wanted me to reply to 888-836-7686, but the call actually came from the 631 number. She implied she could steer a lot of business my way from the local union -- in New York? I'm a thousand plus miles from her. Very pleasant-sounding, but not as represented.

Received a voicemail call from 631-870-4339. Danielle said she was working with the Central Texas VA Employees Association and she was looking for an Interior Designer that their employees could contact throughout the year for interior design at their residences.
The call back number she gave was 888-836-7686  X 278.

Got a call from 631-870-4339. The man stated that he was with Nutra Mfg in Greenville SC. He was looking for a Hypnotherapist to add to the employee benefit package and that they had 1300 employees. Wanted to know what price I would give them. When I told him I was 50 miles away it didn't deter him. Said I would get an email and he asked for my addy. never heard from his again. Got a call the next day from same number but they hung up when I answered.

Just got a call from this number claiming to be Synder-Lance Inc. and wanting to find a Reiki Master for their employees. For healing services and peks card discounts to follow. Had me excited UNTIL she said it would only COST ME an initial $700 (and something...I kinda started going deaf after that LOL) and a $9 monthly fee!!!! Right then I was like SCAM!!!! Why should such a large company need me to put up money for their wellness program! Beware.

This number 6318704339 called me as well based in NY. I did research and found it is a scam and they call acting as a different company. For me they acted interested in finding a photographer. Said they were Spirit something and the caller was very unprofessional and you could tell she was on a mission to get my personal information!. I asked for a website I could look at and she asked for my email. I said I wanted to look at the website and she said she could either send me an email or call the next photographer and I said well why dont you do that! and hung up.

Received call from 631-870-4339 and asked to call back 888-836-7686  X 269.  The caller was obviously reading from a script.  Said they were looking for a nutritionist for a number of government employees.  I didn't call back.  If this call is from the Perks Card as mentioned above, I have done this already and it cost me $70-$80 (cannot remember exactly) for nothing.  However, it may be good for some people.  As I understand it, Perks Card is a BCBS service in which your business will be listed for members as someone to call for services.  I did not get one call in the 2 months I subscribed.  You do have to pay a monthly fee.  If I remember correctly, it is suggested you discount your services, but not required.  What I wonder is if there's another way to get on board with the Perks Card where one doesn't have to pay a monthly subscription.

Got a call, let it go to voicemail.  Message was from Central Iowa VA Hospital, and she wanted an electrician her employees could call for service and general electrical work.  Her name is Rita, and I am to call her back at 1-888-836-7686 ext. 323.

Fat chance, Rita.

I love this website!

We're a carpet cleaning company and they have over 3,000 people who potentially need carpet cleaning! :)  It sounds a LOT like the above and I am steering CLEAR of PC!

got a scam call from this number as well. came us as pc also

Scamalamadingdong.  Call (msg.) from (631) 870-4339 telling me they want to list me as an atty for local hospital employees to call.  OK, go ahead and list me.  Msg. lady said to call (631) 930-5154.  No dice, Houston.
BTW, NY telephone msg. lady, we're on MST out here in the high, high desert so calling at 7:01am doesn't help.  I'm in one of those big square shaped states you fly over, one of the ones with snowy mountains.
Thanks to CallControl, these numbers are blocks (I blocked the entire 631 area code - cool!).

Got call from Carolyn saying with BCBS and needed an attorney for their employees....Seriously?? Do even go there...this is scam and block the number!!!!
