    They called in the mid afternoon and then hung up, then I got a call from a different number minutes later from the post so I imagine it was some type of computer routing system to identify who of the general public is home and will answer.

    This is for everyone... it is the NY post calling. AKA Keyturn Solutions, the company is really in Arizona.
    I called NY Post at    212-801-0100.  I spoke to the women and explained that they call over 4X a day everyday and THAT THEY ARE HANGING UP THE PHONE.  I also told her other people are complaining of this problem.
    She took my number and said she was going to speak to her supervisior and put me on the "Do not call list)
