Same thing I received a phone call from this no.: (02) 756-7000 but when I call it back no 1 is answering it

I got 4 missed calls from this phone number 02 756 7000 during my meeting. when I try to call it back twice no answer..Is this a phone number if a call center or a scam?

i believe the caller was convergys phils.

I received two phone calls from this phone number, too at around 6-6:30 a.m. I missed the first phone call because I was tooooo sleepy to answer it. I was able to answer the second phone call and the female caller told me,  "Ma, kanina pa ako tumatawag. Ang dami mong number!" I was still very  sleepy and I thought it was my daughter, I replied back, "Ito lang naman ang number ko." The female caller hanged up right away after my reply. I texted my daughter to ask her why she called me. She texted back informing me that she DID NOT call me. I called the landline number 756-7000 and no one is answering the call. May I know the name of the company? How did they get my mobile number? Is this a call center? Thanks
