they r taking about market research  and if you wish to add your tel no to do not call list, dial 1(800) 864-8601 then you'll be asked to inter your tel no that you need to add to this list then it'll take about 3 working days to get rid of this hectic  phone calls.

This is Enterprise Car Rental. They're calling to do a follow up survey on a recent rental. If you didn't recently rent a vehicle from them, just tell them they have the wrong number. It's not a scam, not a bot trying to steal your info, it's just a survey.
