I have received about 4 calls everyday for the last 4 days from this number.  Just calls and doesn't leave a message.  No one knows what it is?

I don't answer calls I don't know who the number is but this number won't stop calling me.  They never leave a message and it's on my cell phone.  I don't ever give out my cell as a contact number.

this call is from citi bank mortgage, usually if you have a mortgage w/ them.  it is not a sales call.

This is NOT citi mortgage.  It is a scam!  They ask you to input your account number....nothing else.  No option to talk to a live person.  Call citi mortgages main number at 1-800-667-8424 and report it!

Per phone call to CitiMortgage, an employee at CitiMortgage stated that CitiMortgage makes telephone calls from 800 and 877 numbers and not from area codes. CitiMortgage and citi bank mortgage are different companies. There are other companies with similar names.

This is an automated dialer for CitiMortgage - I finally answered it and talked to an account service rep about my existing mortgage - she was able to identify herself as a valid Citi representative. Doesn't appear to be a phone scam, but just an annoying way to contact their account holders.

This number called, an automated message said there had been changes to our mortgage - the live person we talked to after going through the automated message said that we owed more - and to please pay immediately using a check over the phone. We don't use citibank for our mortgage. This was a scam that we didn't fall into. Don't give out your checking info. If it you do use Citibank for your mortgage and you are questioning it, hang up, go the Citibank website to get the real number and call Citibank. If they are legitimate they won't have a problem with this!

This is a SCAM...I got this call telling me the samething as above. I owe more than my my normal payment.
I DO use Citi for my mortgage but they tell you do not call back this number call an 800 number if you have any questions. They ARE Phishing for your information when I call back the number they have it set up it will only let you say your name and input a number. They wanted a check by phone to "catch me up"..do not give out this information they will drain your account!!! They even went as far as to send us a bogus letter telling us to call their 800 number again the same fake number that was said on the phone call.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION....CALL CITIMORTGAGE from a known Citimortgage number if you do use citimortgage.

Someone calls from this number several times during the day. They never leave message nor I hear a response when I say Hello. I feel they are harassing me but I do not know how to get them to stop.

We dont have a mortgage! they keep calling!

They said if I want to pay then "We will wait while you get your check book"
I am sure they were going to ask for my Bank's number off of a check and my account number.then drain my account
I called CitiMortgage, and they told me to FAX a statement of the suspected fraud to 866-675-5772

It's funny, BB, you post the exact same response on several "call scam" bulletin boards.  Maybe you are one of the scammers?

636-261-9319  Got a message on answering machine asking for my father's name.  Dad has been dead over 10 years.  The caller had an Indian or Middle Eastern accent.  THIS IS A SCAM.  I hope that whoever called me, if you're reading this, go drop dead.  Slowly and painfully.

Got this call on my work line, who I only give out to clients, and I don't have a mortgage (we rent). No message left. If this really was Citi I have no idea why they would be calling me.

I have received two calls from this number today, it is recording stating they are from citimortgage, wanting me to verify my last four digits of my social security.  Seriously? Not going to happen.

It is NOT citimortgage! I called them to verify and they said it is a scammer!
