Didnt answer call. Called back and got "This is not a working number" recording... I think this is a collection agency out of St.Cloud ,MN ...Medical bill.. I am sending in payments but they dont let up.

Got a call from this number. They said they were from AT&T (my phone company) and they had just gotten disconnected with my wife on a problem call. They asked if I knew what was wrong and I said I didn't. They asked for permission to log into my account to check notes. I permitted them, which means giving them my account password, which I provided. They told me it was not the one they had, and asked to put me on hold. After 3 minutes on hold I hung up and investigated the number.

I believe this is an AT&T Wireless support number.  I was expecting a call from an AT&T rep, but was unable to answer my phone, but this was the ID that came up.  I think this number is legit.
