Just got a call from this number.  No message.

Got a call from this number. A recording with a woman's voice asked me to hold. Immediately, I heard someone pick up and heard a man's voice in the background. Then the call was disconnected. No company name on caller ID.

Elsewhere, the caller is reported to be Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency.

I've been getting calls from this number for several days.  I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the number and callers from this number don't leave messages.

I've had 2 calls in 48-hours. No message left.  I don't plan to make contact.  There is no reason for this (who knows who they are) to call.  I've heard that this is a "Boiler Room" phone business that uses lists to make contact.  But what their business is no one knows.  I am going to contact the Federal branch for registering people/business that operate this way and have them investegated.

I took the time to look deeper into who-ever this phone number belongs two.  Everything appears to be a scam operation.  It appears that there is a company that answers who says they are Delta Group Collection Agency (Delta Outsource Group), but who really knows for sure.  If you hear that this person works for either of the 2 names mentioned...call 1-800-364-1895 their 1-800-Number and go into this deeper if you like.  Area code 636 belongs to St. Louis, Missouri as does the 1-800 number.  I firmly believe this is a scam collection company.  This not the way a professional company operates.

I'd been getting so much calls from this number...The lady on the phone said this call is intended for me, and if you're not (my name) please hang up....I do hope that government will do something about this kind scam...sometimes early in the morning, middle of the night, while you're working...they just don't care..Have mercy to those people that wants to live peacefully...NATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATION COMMISSION PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!

And also I know nobody in Missouri...

These people call me at least twice a week. I do not know who it is as they leave no msg. I do not think it is any sort of collection agency because I owe no one and have no outstanding debt. I think it may be some sort of scam proposition. They will never get to talk to me because I have no buisness with them, nor want to. My sibling works for the justice dept. and I am having them looked into. I will post what I find out for the use of those who are as bothered as I am.

This people have been calling me also  , telll me i owe a $15,000 to Bank one or something like that , i told them there crazy ... i dont own any body [***] ....and 1-800-364-1895 is the same number and people , thank you everyone for your input on this number .... i do beleave myself that this is a SCAM ...

I have been getting numerous calls from this number and usually when I answer  the call they hang up the phone.  Tonight when I answered the call they ask for an individual that lives here but wasn't home at the time.  I ask to take a message and the phone was slammed down in my ear.  I called them back at the 636 number that came across the caller id.  I spoke to a man by the last name Burk.  He was kind and I explained to him what had been going on.  He said it wasn't him that called but he would look into it.  The Delta Group is how the phone was answered.  They are located in Chesterfield Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis.  I happen to have the same area code and know the the exchange.  They are a collection agency of some sort but would leave no information with me.  VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL when they are calling you.  Very polite when you call back.

The Fed. Fair Debt Coll. Act allows for calls to be made of collectors ONLY during the hours of 8am to 9pm daily. I may be off on the morning hours but 9pm is the cutoff. You should google Fair Debt Collections Act, you'll be surprised the rights & legal actions, including suing these scums, we have!! You may want to check with a lawyer also. Many law firms are using this law to protect consumers rights. Let's put the fire to the feet of these scums once & for all!!

Called left no message. Don't Trust Them!

636-590-3647 phoned tonight and before I saw the number I answered the phone.  A man came on the line after a delay after my hello.  He asked for a Jason and I told him there was no Jason at this number.  He apologized and I hung up.  I didn't wait to see if he was selling, collecting, or anything.

This number is being "Spoofed" by  Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.

This number is from the Delta Outsource Group. They are a collection agency, and are very aggressive. We should all pay our debts, but sometimes we are just not ready or able to yet. You should only answer this call if you are ready to pay off whatever debt they are calling about, or if you want information about which debt it is. Otherwise, be prepared for an unpleasant time on the phone.

They constantly call looking for Charles Hill. They call my cell phone at least twice a week I tell them there is no Charles Hill at this number and to please stop calling. Filed a complaint with the consumer fraud bureau

i just changed my phone number saturday, only gave it to close friends and family, and monday im getting calls from 6365903647 with no message left, SOOOOO, can you say SCAM??

This number keeps calling asking for the same guy i keep telling them this is not his number and they keep calling back ? so i just never answer their calls.

My phone number is new and I get calls all the time from that 6365903647: only my contacts have my number and thanks to Mr Number it blocks and it hangs up on it real quick. Try Mr Number, it is an awesome app.
