from camps belonging to safti murai gedong.. not able to call back.. previously in one of the camp i mentioned..

I got called too today thats why i googled the number. this is where i am now

I got this call in early morning 5 something.... something wrong with this number 64105999.. already so many comments here since 2010....

3 miss call today. No doubt, SAF?!!

I just received a missed call from 64105999 today, 26 Nov 2012 at 15.46pm .I got a miss call twice and i returning the call 5 times and cut off.
The dial tone was different from the typical dial tone.

Prank call issit....And i'm hestitating whether want to return this call so i had decided to call back and cut off and the tone is different. No ring ring. Wtf!!!!

ooh it's from SAF? I got 3x missed calls from 64105999 too, 24th Dec 2012 0922hrs.
Unable to call back, cant connect through at all.. Reservist maybe? =.="

yup confirmed it is from SAFTI.

All SAF number call out is this regardless of the camp...
Pls be informed this number cannot be called back as it can only be use in the camp to call out.

Ya, quite confirm it is a generic number used by SAF. Anyone calling from the camps will show this generic number.

I am always not holding my phone when this number called me so was nvr able to pick up the callNow that I am serving ns it's kind of make sense if I receive calls from saf but this particular number had been trying to contact me since some 4 years ago?!at that time was still freaking in secondary school having fun lol why would saf call my number for lol... What issue is it that requires such persistency and if its really such a persistent issue then why didn't I receive any form of letter related to this? This is the puzzling part

Taking from the various replies (btw, I just received a missed call today), why would SAF call us - people who may not have any connection with them?

But you have answered it partially - so (possibly) someone we know (different for each person) calling us from inside an SAF camp? Is that what you are saying??

64105999 is a masked number. A call from any Camps around Jurong. Jurong Camp 1/2 and Safti/PLC uses the same mask.

If received and unpleasant words were conveyed, call Singtel or what and ask. After all, they're using Singtel.

bloody [***] gotten this call too. then again called back dead tone.

Received a call from this guy. Keep asking me who am I and what company is this?!
Replied him this is not a company and he quickly put down.
ThEn he call back and stop after a few rings.
