i can't figure out who this is?

I have no idea.  They called looking for my boyfriend...but now the guy keeps calling saying how nice my voice is and how he wants me.  This is ridiculous - this guy blows up my phone claiming to be from some lawyer's office and then some state agency.  But before he started calling again today, he has called from 3 different numbers - all different state area codes.

He told me I had a beautiful voice and when I asked him what it was that  he wanted, he said, "you".  Won't stop blowing up my phone.  Not even looking for me!

This person called saying their name was Michael and that they "love me and miss me so much", (with a South American or possibly Indian accent) at which point I hung up. They called again asking why I hung up, and I told them I didn't know them and we couldn't have met because their area code was from an area of the country I had never been to, and then they hung up. Very bizarre.

They call about 5 different times. I picked up and no one was on the other end. I'm assuming its a telemarketer or something similar

Called me four times today.  Each time, a different area code, but same 7-digit number. The first three times, I didn't hear anyone on the other end, and they eventually hung up.  The last time, I heard a lot of background noise and someone with a foreign accent mumbled something then hung up.  Either a crank or scam caller.

He's called me twice, second time I picked up. He had a foreign accent as described by someone else, and he said he was from United States something (it was mumbled). Also, when I called him back after the first time (dumb thing to do) it said that number wasn't in service or could not be completed as dialed. I suggest blocking this number completely.

Yeah I have had about 3 calls in the past 2 hours I answered the 4th time and he said he was with the Federal Government and said the computer randomly selected my phone for something I couldn't make it out then he hung up .yes block this number .

I would like to see this guy in person.  Call harassment doesnt have laws quite yet.  After i take care of him, maybe laws will be put in place.
