Applied for a few jobs online-Target, Walmart, and HomeDepot.  Ever since, I've been rec'g calls from random out of state numbers.

Received a call from this number today. Said it was in connection with a job search. Ask a number of times if a gal named "Tanya" was at this number. When I said "no" kept asking if I was "sure". Yeah, I'm very SURE!...anyway...no harm done but I was curious if they were fishing, trying to get me to say my name or give info...which I did not do!

I started getting calls from this number immediately after signing up for an online job search on a website. They are affiliated with some online colleges and are trying to recruit people to attend their online universities. I never should have fallen for this advertising scam. I knew the job search looked too good to be true. The job search engine was obviously a hoax to get me to give them my personal info so they could contact me over and over again to advertise their online degree programs to me to try to get me to join. I will never give my real phone number or e-mail out to these people again.
