Same number calls me. I called back and the number is not in service

NO MESSAGE

I received a call from this number a couple days ago at 8:03 a.m. A man with a VERY heavy Indian accent asked to speak to my husband, only he had the last name wrong. I always know when it is a telemarketer because they mispronounce the name. So, I told him he had the wrong number and he hung up. The very next morning at 8:48 a.m. this number called me again. This time I asked who they were. The man on the other end (again, same man with the heavy accent) told me it was "Alex" from some medical information company. I asked him what he wanted. He said- "I don't want anything, Ma'am." So I said- "Well, if you don't want anything then we are not interested in having you call back ever again." His reply? "Yeah, I'm not going to do that. I know where you live and I can call you all day every day and harass you."  He then hung up. I had to contact the phone company to block the number since he threatened my family.
