I got a call from Rick Brown at Legal Accounts Association telling me that I'm going to jail due to a loan that I never got. How do we get rid of these scam artists? I filed a report with my local Attorney General. I encourage you all to do the same.

I received a call from this number and said he was Forest Green. They contacted my work number and when I called back they were very rude, I suppose this is a scam since I was scamed eairler for a loan. This needs to stop and they need to be shut down.

I got a call from at my work place stating that I got an internet loan and didnt pay it back, I didnt do this so it is a scam.  the gentleman states his name is Edward Brown but had a very stron accent.  He states I will be arrested and spend time in jail if I dont resolve this matter.  I have contacted an attorney.

I received a call from a gentleman by the name of James Parker.  My associate put the call on hold and advised me that I had the call.  When I got to the phone the party said that his name is Alex Jones.  He said "Do you know what this legal matter is about?"  I guessed but said no anyway. He proceeded to tell me that I owed $595. for a $385 deposit amount on 1/2012 into my account which had not been paid. He was from a Legal Aid Firm in the State of New York.  I asked him to send me a faxed copy of the bill for the amount that I owe.  He said he could not do that until I actually paid the bill. He stated that copies of the bills had been send to me by email and by direct mail which I advised him that I HAD NOT gotten any statements.

I than advised him that he should be able to send me a copy of the bill and that I felt that he was a SCAM just looking to get money fom me.  He then said that he was not looking for any funds from him and I asked him then why was he calling me for money.   I advised him to stop calling me at my work as I felt that he was a SCAM and he said that he was not one.  I told him again to stop calling me and that I was going to report him to my lawyer, the Federal Law Enforcement and local Law enforcement again. I kept raving that he was going to report me to law enforcement as well and that I could go ahead and do what I needed to do.

In the mean time as I was hanging up I could hear him raving on about reporting me and I would have to handle what ever happens because I am not willing to pay the money.  (Even though he wasnot looking for any money from me-As he says.)

Using profanity to me and my coworkers, Stating i owe for a internet payday loan which i never took out. It is embarrasing to me he call constantly at my work number threatening me telling me i am going to be arrested and that i am a fraud. This company has to be stopped it is beyonf Harrassment at this time

I received a call from this guy Ron stating that he is from legal accounts association and that there is a lawsuit against for a loan that have not paid.  i asked this personto give me the case # he refused to give it to me and if i did not pay the full amount of $896 with a green dot money pack card they will pursue with the lawsuit and they called my work too. and the # called from 646-535-9316.

This moron calls me all the time I just tell him to F-OFF.
