They called first time this morning, didnt recognize the number so didnt answer ,and it showed navigata as the caller, i looked it up and its a calling system so they are trying to hide behind and use a computer calling system now,hence the recording they leave.

They called and some Indian guy says he's "Cliff Richards." What a freaking joke. Left a 866 number. Probably collections since they wouldn't say why they were calling.

They called my twice in the last week, the second time they left a few minutes of music recording on my voicemail. No name, no nothing.

Just got a call.  It said Private name on my caller ID.  Said nothing but I let them know I had caller ID with their number.

No answer when I picked up the phone.

Calls constantly with no answer.

Collection Agency with a robotic voice. block them.

Got a call just now and left a message to call back number.  They did not tell the reason for calling.

Just recieved call and nobody would answer. Last time they called I told not to call this number again so I guess if I answer the phone, they will not speak. That's okay, next time I will have a whistle ready for their ear.

THIS nunber keeps calling me no voicemail

I am in the same boat.  I am in school and they always call when I am in the classroom. This happened 3 times this week.  The funny thing is that the last 4 digits are the same as my girl's number.

they need to be stopped!!!!!!

Called on 9/11 from New York. Tried calling back, no one picked up. Another call 9/12 no one picks up. What do they want?

WE have several of these numbers calling without regard to LAW... The authorities have been notified and ACTION is imminent to STOP these calls at the FEDERAL LEVEL...

rec'd 1st call on oct 19th. on my cell phone, (only family & friends have my cell #) , they left no message.  I tried calling
back, but after 3 rings would drop.  I called from my home and work phones, then the phone #
just keep ringing.  On oct 20th rec'd 2 more missed calls from that number, again still no messages.   My daughter tried from
her cell, after 3 or 4 rings, call would drop.  Called Verizon wireless, they put a BLOCK on that number.

please have someone check into this matter

Received a phone call from Sasatchewan, Te  number 1- 646-383-1475 at 9:15am Friday Nov. 4, 2011.  An woman with an indian accent said someone from my number called in an order for a hedge trimmer (her company name was Garden Groom) yesterday in the evening at 4pm.  ???  I asked for more information trying to figure out if they had a credit card but all she would say is that they had this phone number and sometimes other people use your phone number without your permission.  Since I live in the desert I don't think I would be calling for a hedge trimmer.  Looks like a lot of people are getting this bogus call.

Got several calls from this number 646-383-1475 we do not answer unknown numbers. if they don't leave a message then forget about it. But when they call several times a day we get tired of it. Can we report such action to anyone?

Calls from 646-383-1475 just started this past weekend to my cell, but they don't ever leave a message.  I don't usually answer my phone if I don't know the number calling me.  I just recieved another call from them today while at work so I called the number back and it went straight to a voice saying they aren't accepting phone calls at this time.  I will be blocking this number.

I am now getting the blank calls at all hours, from just after 8AM EST to after 6PM EST, both from 646-383-1475 AND 646-383-1473. Blocked the one series ending in '5', now I need to block the other number ending in '3'. Thanks for letting me know who they are, strange because I don't owe anyone, I should  NOT be on any collection agency list, annoying to say the least. I'm going to report this. I am answering my phone only to get dead air on the other end, at least if there was a recording or name on caller ID (SASKATCHEWAN TE) and not a Canadian Province, it might help ID for sure, as the entries I am seeing are older ones on here.
