I am not sure, but it is probably Santander.

Recorded message.  Wanted me to press "1" to lower my credit card debt.  I have no cc debt, I have no desire to receive these calls, and I am on the Do Not Call registry!

One more phone call from this number and a law suit will be filed.  Phone number is 646-407-3256 based out of NY.  I am an attorney and I will file a class action law suit against this company.

I just got a call...didn't answer.

They called here yesterday.  When I tried to remove myself from their list he got mean.  Then when I told him that I could just report them to the appropriate gov't agency he threatened to come to my house and rape me.  He got very graphic after that point.  I filed a report with the local police department but because they are out of state they needed more information before they could do anything. :(

I too just got a call on my cell from 646-407-3256.  They left a one second voice mail that I couldn't understand.  I don't owe anyone any money.  I always pay my bills ontime...not that this stopped collection agencys trying to extort money from me via telephone before.  I'm going to deal with this the way I always do...not answering the phone. THey always eventually give up, seeing as they are trying to extort money from people who don't acutally owe them anything.

Don't know who this is and why they're calling.  Did not answer.

wanted to report this number as a potential FRAUD alert.  they called my home as unavailable for the past week, now my cell - says it's cardmemeber services offering a lower credit card rate and their company works with Visa and MC and Chase, Citi and other large credit card issuers.
they want to know all about me, but when i ask about them they hang up.

Received call on Sept. 15th. at approx. 2:00pm. Was unidentified number, so I didn't answer.
Got to my desk later and did reverse look up of the number and found this 'whocallsme.com'.
Why can't the phone service provider just shut them "OFF". Looks like enough of a pattern that someone could do something. AND SHOULD!

I want as much done about this phone call from this number as can be done!!!  Sick and tired of this.  Was just called from this number.

I keep getting phone calls from this number.  There is a recorded message that you can not leave a message.  If you press 1 you get an chance to leave your number.  After that you get no where,  no person no directory, nothing!  It is annoying.  I am on the national do not call list.

Just received a call from this number - don't know it 9/19/11

I got a call this morning and called it back and I'm pretty sure it's a cell phone. It rang a couple times and then I was sent to voicemail, but after the standard voicemail greeting it then said the person isn't accepting messages at this point.
