A very rude lady asked if she could go over my Medicare benefits with me.  :(

Caller ID showed "New York, NY" left no message Blocked it

Left message on answering machine and said she was returning the call about a back brace we called about. No one ever called anyone about a back brace or anything else. I suppose they use the same line with every call they make. These phone calls are getting to be a real pain in the neck. I've signed up on the do not call list for years, but that does not work. Half of the time I do not even answer the call when I do not know the calling number.

New York number recorded voice says they're returning a call about a back brace that we ordered. No one in this house has ordered a brace. The recording says if you wish to have number removed, press 2. When you press 2, someone answers the phone and says hello. When you tell them not to call, the person remains silent. These calls happen 4-5 times a week.
