Scam?

have no idea who they are and also being threaten by this number.
Person's name calling is Eric Foster.

Received 2 calls thus far with threatening voice mails, sending police to be arrested following day if not contacted...cannot understand the man..identifies himself as Attorney Eric Foster  

sounds familiar.  Tried to tell me he was a police man and then he hung up when i would not confirm who i was and called his bluff.  this is not good.  how do you report law inforcement of this stuff??  this is not an official report site is it??

He told me he was officer Eric Foster, working for attorney David Hernandez.  ??

Harassing message and threatening with being arrested as "the investigation unfolds" on me.  Claims he is an attorney - Eric Foster.

I also received a call from this number 6464816950 and it also was threatening and from Eric Foster.

Got same call. Guy can't speak English for crap.

POSIBLE ARREST TOMOROW IF I DONT CALL BACK.

ATTNY ERIC FOSTER FROM INDIA???? CALLING FROM NEW YORK??? Second day in a row he has threatened that I would regret not calling.

Just received the same thing only he was going under the name of Ron Adams and representing the law firm of David Hernandez in Brooklyn New York!

also, seems Mr. Foster will be quite busy arresting everyone...... seems they got ahold of some numbers
same number, same name located in NY area....probably being routed from India......

This man scared me and my mom saying he was going to have me arrested. I called my attorney and he said this was a scam

This 'attorney Eric Foster' has been harassing me with threats and has called my previous employer for the last month and a half. He's threatened that I was going to get arrested, that a police was going to come to my house and hit me & that my career and education is spoiled. LOL. This stupid Arabian scum needs to be reported and fined. Just got a voicemail today saying if I don't respond back to him I'm going to regret it and be arrested tomorrow morning. Disgusting that people like this exist and try to scam others for a living

Yup same moron called me as well...said if I didn't return call then good luck to me...indian with last name Foster??? Yeah ok

I have found a way to shut these guys.....or at least slow them down and make them have a miserable day.  Post this number on Twitter and Facebook and have everyone blow his phone up.  I have literally made this guys week hell by doing this.....lol.  He tried to scam my daughter.....well, he pissed off the wrong guy.  So post the number and do this with any number that someone tries to scam people out of money.  It works and its soooooo much fun!  :D

Just received a call from Eric Foster as well.  Same threats. What should I do?  Told him I would pay half?

Yep called me too, however The past years once and a blew moon i get phone calls like this. Its all a scam I do enjoy messing with their heads though. This time I begged not to go to jail, than I said ohh yeah go scam someone else after wasting 30 minutes of his time, which was fine.

I just received my second call from this number and the man with an accent claiming to be Attorney Eric Foster at 1:41pm today, he treatened the I would be arrested tomorrow morning if I or my Attorney did not return his call. The first call was about 3 months ago and I did not pay it any mind.
