A man with a  heavy Indian accent and also has an American name for example (Scott Walker) he has to say it really slow. He will tell you that you are being sued for money you barrowed on line from a payday loan type place so beware of giving out your info to the payday loan places they will sell your info to this wack jobs. They will have your address and town you live in also the last four number of your social securty number DO NOT GIVE THEM THE REST OF YOUR SOCIAL it is a scame tell them to stick it call I'm back using *67 in front of the number and screw with them.

John Smith called and wanted credit card info to pay back a loan...when I called back he wanted to know my name and information, when I asked what company he worked for he could not give me a company name and got slightly defensive saying things like 'well f*** you', not all too professional if you ask me.

On 06-20-2011, at 12:31 PM I got a similar call from someone (from number 646-527-8434) I could not understand.  He said "they" represented "someone who taking "legal action" against me for "CHECK FRAUD".  He indicated they tracked my EMAIL and social security number.  When I asked him WHAT THE SOCIAL number was, he would not give it to me.  I asked for the last four; again no.  I asked for someone I could UNDERSTAND.  I am sick of taking to some son of a [***] who insists on getting MY info and who I cannot understand.  I got someone else who ALSO could not talk English.  I callded the number back and a recording came on telling me this was NOT a local number in spite of the fact it comes up on my phone as such.  The recordoing tells you to contact your carrier or they give you another number to call and  then punch in this number to make the LONG DISTANCE CALL (read - INTERNATIONAL).  When I called my carrier to querry this they told me it SOUNDED like a SCAM but to check GOOGLE.  Lo And Behold it is.

I am sick and tired of being harassed by these people ... someone HAS to do something to stop this.  I am not the person they are after, but they will not believe me ... this is  COMPLETE SCAM  because they have someone's details and are harassing me as if I am her.  I am getting 4-6 calls a day threatening me with legal action, going to my employer, etc etc ... THIS HAS TO STOP !!!!!!!  These people are ripping off every day citizens using fear and they are invading my home !!!  They CLAIM for it to be important to call them back ... very broken Indian accent ... COMPLETE SCAM !

I got a call from "Frank Minna" of the crime investigation department.  He too spoke with a heavy accent and threatened me with arrest.  I told him to get it on and quit calling me.  They sit out there in that pile of cow dung know as "India" and think they are immune from prosecution.  I am only waiting until Pakistan puts them out of their misery.  Too bad the British did not manage to teach these Ganges bathers how to speak the Queen's English.

I am receiving calls from someone with a strong Indian accent they say I am in trouble for check scam and wants my lawyers name.  This is a scam I get these phone calls  everyday how can I get them to stop. I have threatened  them but to no avail is there someone I can call to report this to

All those idiot Indian scam, if you receive called just block them and dial *67+ their number to [***] around them. Ask them need scam someone if that good for them just open their mouth and suck our to get money. Nothing we can do to get rip of them. Only dial *67 + their # few time to mess with them until they give up.
