This place is bogus. They have been calling me for months and months. Some middle eastern guy who says his name is " Peter Hoffman " ya ok lol...they keep telling me that I took out a payday loan for $300.00 back in November of 2010...I NEVER DID!!! and that they have emailed me 23 times and I have never responded or payed back the loan. I even went as far as to double check with my bank to make sure I was not crazy or didn't have some kind of fraud....nope not crazy...no fruad...this guy has also called and said that he was an officer...I have asked for proof of this loan and they never produce. I even had my "attorney" call them...same results...but now they say they are goint to "download" my case and send me legal papers....to my home add ( wrong one by the way ) any my job!!! They also say they are with Gilbert credit services...doesn't exist and they represent...DCA law office!

I just got a call from this Middle Eastern person it sounds like big time scam because this is the first time they have called me and he did not even know how to talk right. They cannot threaten with the police coming to the job or anything completely bogus!!!

Called me at work and said the same thing about downloading a case tomorrow at 11. Wanted my attorney name and information...i told them to give me their information and I will give it to my attorney...yea right...name David Parker with a middle eastern accent..yeasterday it was John Smith from a different # 646-527-8545..same story different day!!! Bogus!!! I'm not falling for it....

This guy with an Indian accent (James Henry) called my cell phone and work phone claiming that i took out a payday loan and didn't pay it back.He said he need the contact information for my attorney on record.  Since I know I didn't owe any money, I got really agitated and told them that I am reporting this number to the FCC and FBI.  I asked him where they were located and he said 42 Broadway in New York.  I had him repeat the address a few times b/c i couldn't understand him.  Then he had the nerves to say, "Dont you speak English".. LOL.  I told him that he had a very thick Indian accent and couldn't speak English right and then I began to tell him that I would not give him any money to fund his terrorist activity.  He hung up.

I called the number again, and asked to speak to James Henry.  Then I told him that I don't need an attorney and because I was one (even though I am not) and started to tell him off.  I told him that I'm having his number investigated by Homeland security.  He hung up.  Then i called by about 20-30 times (literally) and every time I called they would hang up right away or pretend that it's an answering machine that is picking up the phone.  when I did get someone on the phone, I began to order some Indian food like chicken tikka or chicken masala just to piss them off.

I might sound racist but i'm not.  My wife is Pakistani and I have lots of Indian friends that I went to college with or am currently working with.  I know that Indian people are good people.  This handful of crooks are making them look bad.

Okay, this is not my first rodeo with this kind of crap!  6465435172. whatever, I told them that I had a camera in my phone and I could see him, David is his name,  He is going to send the police, bring them on David I said, "I will make them a nice bowel of Gumbo from the Gulf Coast of Mexico"  by the way our seafood is good and fresh no BP Oil.  To be honest this kind of thing throws me over the top with all that is going on in the USA, I really hope David calls back again so I can give him  more verbal abuse!

Hey so John Henry just called my phone and said the same mess.  i tried to call back but know one answered.  I guess because I called from a police phone.:) I thought prank calls were for children...So tired of this crap...

I recieved a phone call on my cell from a James Henry with a thick Indian accent. Same scenerio as a few months ago but with the name Mack Watson from Dept of Crime Prevention. Same old scrip used regarding a "sensitive issue" and he wishes me luck as this is about to "unfold on me" if I dont call him back. The only difference was the phone number used. to make the call. The first time I was worried, but this time I actually called back and told them I had contacted the FBI (which i didnt) and was informed by my attorney (which i dont have) to forward any additional information for investigation and prosecution. We will see if he actually calls me back.

They called our school.  We told him we would pay him Slurpees and that he owed us $55 for late book fees.

I keep recieving these calls from what ever company it is saying that I owe money. I ask them if they can please send me information in the mail. They said that can not send me anything. I told if I owe a debt how amy I suppose to know who to and how to pay it, they said that they can do the transaction over the phone. How can we stop these bogus companies from calling our personal phone and work.

Got a phone call today 9-20-11 from David Parker saying we got a loan over a year ago, and that they were fileing charges first thing in the morning. When I ask to give me a right date on the loan or send me a email now, he never would give one.  he even called my husband work place to, got hateful with them and he kept saying they had sent over 20 emails but the best to my knowledge I cant recall one. and said they were a payloan. GCS. I just hung up on him.

This  IDIOTS have nothing to do they called my office trying to harrass well gues who is harrasing them NOW me i hope they track them down they deserve a good slap in the face making people pacnic basters need a REAL JOB..

Received a call at work, how the heck did they get my social security number and work phone number?  They want to talk to me or my attorney.  Telling me don't disregard his message and I better call him back. WTF!  I am sick of these people calling me.

somene called looking for Abby which is not my moms name and left  a message that his name is Jack cooper with an Indian accent and left a message i could not understand however I did hear him state he has abbys SS number. and that she better call back.

I thought scamster call me again but fortunately this time I foung myself in the dungeon for two days. thank God!  m outta there
