I've received several calls from this number, but they leave no message. When I call the number back, an answering machine answers "Alliance Health", although I have never heard of the company, I belive it is a health insurance carrier. I assume they are just marketing calls, since I am not looking for health insurance.

Never leaves a message.. I block the number and they use another number.. each of the numbers others report as being Alliance Health.. I don't know as they never leave a message

I constantly receive calls from this number. If I answer, no one speaks. If I don't answer, the caller hangs up without leaving a message.

I recieved a call from this number at 6:05pm MST on Wednesday, January 11, 2012. The female on the phone had called me because I or a friend had requested information on alternative perscription health plan from a web page.
She DID NOT ADDRESS ME BY NAME. But DID request my E-mail address to send me the information that I may have requested.
The call WAS VERY GARBLED. As like a very bad Skype call. The call I recieved the Day before at approximately the same time was also very garbled.
She identified her company as: Alliance Health Networks.

Stop calling!

The name on caller ID is Alliance Health but they are representing the Church of Scientology.  They have been calling me for years looking for my brother who used to be a member of that "Church.".  He has not lived here since the Seventies.  I am on the National do not call list, I want them to stop.

I am so tried of this company calling me I can`t block this number due to the type of cell phone I have but I want them to stop calling me cause I am not interested in anything they are trying to sale me.

646-558-6520 calls and calls.  I don't answer them. I finally found out where they got my phone number.  I recently tried to sign up for coupons.  Supposedly I only had to answer 4 questions.  Those four questions led to more information they wanted.  I just closed it out.  Today I tried a different coupon site and the same thing happened.  However, Alliance Health showed up on the screen because I said I didn't have health insurance. I guess they wanted to sell me health insurance.  But that is how they got my number.  So if you signed up for a survey etc, that is probably how they got yours.

Calls and leaves not message.  I am on the no call list, so why isn't it stopped?

I have received four calls from this number in the past three days.  Called the number back from another phone and also got Alliance Health.
My standard insurance company is Health Alliance.
