- LML| 2 repliesSome male called asking for the owner. When the owner (who answered) told him the owner wasn't available, the guy then asked for a co-owner. The boss told him no one was available so the guy thanked him and hung up. I'm sure he'll be calling again and again and... Caller ID showed "Crescent" which is probably Crescent Processing or something like that, a credit card processing company who has apparently changed their name at least three times. I think they currently go by Atrium, which means the same idiots, calling from a different phone number just called us on the 7th. It's obvious their "get a clue" ability is severely limited.
- Caller: Crescent (allegedly)
- Call type: Telemarketer
- tobyIt is a merchant card processing company call Crescent.

- Bubba LoveThese people keep calling, after I asked them not to.
- TWNCall every day asking for the owner. Caller ID says Cresent. No amount of complaining or telling them to stop calling works.
- DirectorI work for a non-profit organization and these calls will not cease! When they call, they identify themselves as Diamond Processing, but no name appears on the caller id when they call (just states New York call). They tried to set-up an appointment with a "local" manager (he was hours from our location) and I was able to get his contact information, because he called my office, but cannot reach him when I attempt to call back. If you call the New York Number, you get an answering service that speaks so fast, you cannot understand the company name, but it isn't Diamond Processing. I have left countless messages on this service and with the manager and the calls just keep coming. They are honestly becoming quite harrassing in nature and they don't seem to mind when you tell them that you have asked not to be called and have engaged legal counsel. I did find a corporate number for a "Diamond Card Processing" out of California, but it also goes to an answering service and does not get you anywhere.
- Caller: Diamond Processing
- BelindaI just filed a complaint with the FTC "Do Not Call Registry" online. I think that is the only way to stop them. If enough people file a complaint, they will be stopped.
- Caller: Crescent
- SharonDead air. No one on the other end.

- Angry business ownerIs a big scam trying to get business owners to switch credit card processing companies. NEVER DO THIS WITH A RANDOM A**HOLE OVER THE PHONE! Only do credit card processing through the bank where you already have an account, everyone else is lying and they are going to steal your identity.
- Caller: CRESCENT credit card scam
- business managerSame MO, asked for owner or co-owner. Being a business manager wasnt good enough. Said it was Diamond Processing.
- Dolly PickinsBusiness owners beware of fake credit card processing scams. All they want to do is steal your identity and drain your bank account. Don't even speak to them just hang up!
BEWARE FAKE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING SCAM!- Caller: CRESCENT(fake credit card processing scam)
- StanCalled and asked for the "owner" but would not leave a message. She just said it was a "courtesy call". If she really wanted to be "courteous", she'd stop trying to scam me!

- GingerIt is a merchant card processing company call Crescent. They called and asked for the owner. I never do busines with telemarketers and that's exactly what I tell them. I do not trust calls like that and consider it a SCAM of some sort. Being careful with your business can prevent the stress and pain of ID theft. Fortunately I'm able to block all of these telemarketers. They only ever get through the system one time! Even so, that's annoying too. Be safe everyone!

- unhappy small business owner replies to LMLAtrium processing Telemarketer, Dave, again - told me how rude I was because I was not interested in his credit card processing. He was very unprofessional, enough for me to post the very first negitive reply of my life. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PUSHY SALES PEOLPLE THAT INTERUPT YOUR DAY, ESPECIALLY ATRIUM PROCESSING.
- Pam replies to LMLGot a call today from the same number also asking for the owner and then the 2nd owner. I asked who was calling and he stated never mind and hung up.
