Claims to be a law firm that will issue a warrant for your arrest because of failure to pay a loan. They place you on hold to "talk to their supervisor" and then tell you that they will settle out of court for x amount.

What a scam........  I called back and told them I was an officer and only needed them to stay on the phone another 15 seconds so I could trace the number and they hung up immediately!!!   LOL

I received the same call from unavailable, call back number: 646-5863-1534. Same charges. They left me a voicemail to call Kevin Williams back. I called and as soon as he answered I said: When are you coming to pick me up? He said What? I said it again. He said what are you talking about. I told him the call was being tracked from the AG's office. I work for a state govt and the AG is on the next floor. I told them to come on. He called me sweetheart and I said don't call me that. Next thing I know he was talking dirty and saying he was trying to get married. Said I should be happy a lawyer wants me. I asked about the voicemail (which I still have) and he said it was not him. I told him the AG's special agent will be there shortly and hung up. I have not received a call since.

I just had them call me and say this. Is this a scam, I'm freaking out

I just had the same number call me.  I called back and I am nervous that they just phished me and now my information is jeopardized.

Just received this call, very threatening, that they would be taking legal action...they had the last four digits of MY SOCIAL,
they knew where I worked, and threatened to have police action at MY JOB

Called back this number, Bryan Cave Law Firm, when asked what the office does, person became hostile,
Called me a M>>>F>>>>>....

Called me claiming that I have three chargers against me and if I don't pay there will be a warrant issued in my name

This number just called me also and this guy have a mouth on him.... so i will be visiting 1290 Avenue of americas which he claims hes located

Threaten to be arrest in so many hours.

I was just called by a Kevin Williams stating that I refused to pay a loan I never took out and that the local police had issued a warrant for my arrest and were coming to serve and detain me tomorrow morning.  What a crock!!! I decided to look up the number he called me from and seen that apparently I'm not the only person he's called with the same excuse.  He said he was from AAC Advance the first time he called and when I called the number back he said he was from Brian K Lawfirm.

Received a voice mail saying that I need to call them regarding 3 complaints filed against me and if I do not call back a warrant will be issued for my arrest.  Called my job and left a message to call Kevin Williams at this number.  Please be careful when entering information online. To call me at work with this nonsense is ridiculous.  Get a real damn job and stop scamming people.

This number called me on my cell and and my job left me a message saying that his name is Kevin Williams calling from a Criminal Justice Legal Law Offices and telling me they received a complaint about me in reference in 3 allegations as a result an arrest warrant against me and the second call I will be arrested.   Please ignore if you ever receive this calls.

This "Kevin Williams" guy is obviously a complete idiot with slim to zero knowledge of how the legal system works. Those that don't know this guy is a scam artist, are getting scared. It's so corrupt & immoral to be able get away with doing this to people! 4 phone calls in 1 week regarding an "arrest warrant", seriously dude? I'm pretty sure I would've received something in the mail about that. Oh, I think I also would have had to have broken some law, and I am 💯100% positive that I haven't committed any crimes lately 😜

I would suggest recording your conversation with this guy, get as much personal info on him as you can, then take that info to your local police station!
