States he is from a law firm and will have me arrested unless I pay $8657 with the fees for a payday loan I supposedly took out. Have gotten these calls before so I kept them on the line for a while playing innocent. After 4 minutes i told then I had them on the line long enough for the line to be traced by the FBI. They couldn't hang up any faster

I recieved a call from jacob adams 646-65w2-7427has.  He tried to scam me about a loan that i refused to pay and I will be sued for $8000. First of all I know he was full of it.  His name did not.match his make-up. When told him I know his location in NY. The conversation change. Hw began to say he lived at my old address. Lesson learnes I will never speak to another person on the telephone if they are not an American.

I keep getting these calls too sounds like a Indian female she leaves me a voicemail saying she can't explain it over the phone and that I'm trying to dodge her. You can clearly her other people talking in the background and I can't really understand her accent had to listen to the mesg alot of times and to make matters worst the number is unknown

got a call saying going to have me arrested within 24 hrs @ my home if i didn't pay loan in full i told them they had wrong number he called me a liar and i had better pay up . Called them back the lady said they were called finincial crime department from new york .  These people are thieves looking for a quick buck. They can kiss my butt

how do we stop them from calling  any suggestions

These people are crooks,i never receive any money from them and,they are threatenning to sue me.

I got a call from this number a man saying his name was dexter brown but he was definitely not american saying i had charges filed against me for an unpaid loan in the amount of 8,000.00 but stated that we could settle today for 300.00 or we had to go to court..

A women called my place of employment today . Said her name was Susan Brown and it was an emergency. When I returned the call some indian guy claimed that I owed them 8000.00 from a payday loan I supposedly took out in Jan. of 2012.  He said the name of the company was Instant cash .He told me I would be receiving a supenia at my home tomorrow that they are sueing me. And I would be charged with fraud. I'm calling the Attorney Generals office in the morning to report them. It's a scam trying to get money out of people.

These people call my wife telling her she will go to jail in the morning if she doesn't pay. I called back and asked him several questions then he hung up. Come to find out someone has been taken money out of her account so if they have been calling you put a security code on your account. Word of advice.

Got a call from these scam artists this morning, threatening me with a subpoena for court tomorrow....said I had taken out a pay-day loan which I never did.  I did apply because I have fallen on hard times, BUT, I NEVER received any funds from anyone.  The guy's name that called and left a message was Dexter Brown, but when I called back and asked for him and what this was about, I got the run-around.  They told me that I had received funds (when I haven't), and threatened me.  I told this guy (who wouldn't give me his name) "fine - see you in court, and I will sue the hell out of you for fraud, harassment, defamation of character, false statements and anything else that I can get my attorney to come up with."  Don't fall for this scam.  These people are the scum of the earth.

This caller by the name of Adams Jadob left a message on my phone saying that I need to get  in contact with him at PHONE # (646) 652-7427 of a loan.  I Called three times and no answer as a matter of fact the phone rang once each time i called. This person  had an indian accent.  People, watch out for the foreign Scammers.
