Called twice today. First was a ironically claiming a lawsuit against me, second call had no message. Some sort of scam

Number called me twice today, New York caller ID. Automated voicemail left twice." This is a county courthouse. Please kindly call is back at (646) 757-1361. I repeat (646) 757-1361. Thank you and goodbye" was the voicemail left.

Cld twice and left a message, they stated some sort of law suit. Scamm

Called my number and left an automated message claiming to be a rep from the IRS.  Said my case was being forwarded to the local authorities for tax evasion.  And to call back. I called several times from my work number.  Spoke with "Officer Cooper" who was representing a credit reporting agency.  Said I owe back taxes for the past 5 yrs. and that the IRS has attempted to send me a few letters but I did not reply.  I continued to push the questions and be very rude since I knew this was a scam, and you won't believe this part.  He stopped with the IRS scam, and flipped it into a "I want to get to you better" conversation.  He said he was attracted to my "fiesty" attitude.  Yes...my jaw dropped.  I even told him I had the whole thing recorded from the start but that didn't scare him off.  I told him that he was going to report him to the authorities and he just laughed and continued to ask me personal questions!!  Please be warned.  I don't know what the end goal of this scam was because he never asked me for money.  In fact, HE offered ME money!!!
